This property advertised an spa, and pool as their default photo, but in fact it was not accessible. The entire bottom section of the hotel was under construction with loud noises in the morning, and afternoon. Also want to mention that my toilet was broken upon arrival, and there was no seat. The service worker acted like it was normal to not have a toilet seat, and said that they would fix it the next day. I had to talk to the manager to get them to bring someone to come fix the toilet at 11pm at night. The room itself was also unpleasant as there was a nose booger on the wall next to the bed that was uncleaned. Overall I would say this is a 1 star hotel disguised as 3 star. I would rather share a bunk bed at an $20 dollar hostel than stay there again!! Be cautious and aware.. The only redeeming point was that the staff was nice however the management needs serious work to turn this place around!
