    Located on the sixth floor with a lift, this lovely apartment offers comfortable access from the entrance hall and is situated opposite the iconic Easo Square, in one of the most sought-after areas of San Sebastian.



    The property consists of a living-dining room with an open kitchen, a spacious terrace equipped with a table for four diners and sun loungers, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.



    It also has air conditioning, heating included and free Wi-Fi.

Excelente apartamento, nada que añadir

Excelente apartamento, nada que añadir. No se privaron de nada al equiparlo, luces, aire aconcicionado, persianas y toldos automáticos, una terraza excelente. Podría mejorar que fuese más barato para estar más tiempo, pero eso no es un defecto, es el mercado.

Last Weekend in july 2023

The appartment has a nice location. Unfortunately we were not aware that the summerfestival of the neigbourghood was taking place on the Plaza the days we stayed. This meant that there was Music and intertainment from 9 in the morning to 4 at night - so very little sleep these days in the end of July and beginning of August. The very nice terrasse overlooking the Plaza was a plus. The kitchen is missing equipment in case you want to do proper cooking , not just bringing take way to the terrasse. Apart from that a nice apartment for a holyday stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the DaVinci apartment

We very much enjoyed our stay in the DaVinci apartment. We had no problem retrieving the keys after hours. The machine worked great. Please note there is likely no parking on the street near the office. Communication with the company was EXCELLENT! The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly as described online. The terrace is quite large and lovely! We enjoyed the location - not too bad a walk to the beach area, while you feel you are staying in an area of mainly locals living and socializing nearby. Note that there are no starters like coffeelaundry soap but you can easily pick these up on the street at a shop nearby.

Modern Apartment in Good Location

Large terrace which gets the sun from just after midday until sunset. Modern apartment, good location approximately 20 minutes walk to Old Town restaurants. There were some faults but nothing that would spoil our vacation. Would highly recommend this apartment. Rentals collection even extended our check out time which was a bonus as our flight was late afternoon. Cushions for use on terrace. Some maintenance issues, lamp in bedroom not working. Towel rail not working. Toaster has faulty cable and under cabinet lights in kitchen not working.

Clean, airy flat centrally located with a large terrace

Large west facing terrace, great for aperitifs and dining. Overlooks busy plaza so some noise but worth it for the light and view. 6th (US 7th) floor so high above the street. Sunsets lovely. Flat compact two bedroom and smallish LR and Kitchen/dining area. Modern appliances, largely well equipped with minor exceptions (see below). Beds firm and comfortable. Excellent for a mid- to long-term stay. Close to shops, fun local bars, cafes and shops. Efficient A/C. Service from Rentals Collection terrific when we had questions. Kitchen sparsely equipped. If you are staying more than a few days you will certainly cook with the excellent local ingredients. But there are only two scratched Teflon fry pans, and a couple of sauce pans. Like too many rentals, there are no basics, like salt, pepper, oil, spices etc. Not a deal breaker, as the place is otherwise very pleasant and confortable. Would rent again.

Nos ha encantado.

El apratamento DA VINCI tiene una localisación magnífica. Nos ha gustado mucho la tranquilidad ya que está en el 6. piso, y a la vez la corta distancia a pie para ir a la playa o al caco antigup. Feu todo limpio, y nuevo, y con grandes armarios. Nos ha encantado. Hubiera sido genial si también hubiera toallas de playa en el piso.

Best stay ever in gorgeous San Sebastian

Da Vinci is a very special flat my mother and I stayed comfortably for 10 days it is located close to cafes, lovely bakeries and a little supermarket, where you can find pretty much everything needed. In fact, the flat is close to the commercial area of San Sebastian (little shops and boutiques and fab restaurants), and La Concha beach with its emerald colour sea is right there - just a few minutes walk. The staff at Rentals is professional, friendly and provide a hospitality service that equals the best hotels I have visited in the past. Highly recommended. I have nothing to add just keep up the good work and never let success or greed make you compromise the quality of the service offered. People like me who value your dedication to hospitality need you you have in me a loyal customer -and will recommend you to my small circle of friends. Thank you very much for an unforgettable stay in San Sebastian.

Genial! Buena opcion y nos hemos quedado con ganas de repetir...

Genial! Buena opcion y nos hemos quedado con ganas de repetir. Quizas para estancias de una semana se agradeceria alguna pastilla mas para el lavavajillas, jabon etc... por lo demas nuestra estancia fue de lo más confortable.

Estuvimos bien a pesar de esos inconvenientes.

No funcionaba la calefacción y nos tuvimos que arreglar con el aire acondicionado que es mucho menos agradable que la calefacción. Tampoco iba el wifi ni el hilo musical. Al comunicarlo dieron explicaciones muy amables y nos solucionaron lo del wifi. Salimos un día antes de lo pagado y así lo comunicamos.
