From the apartment, just a few steps away, you can find the best pintxo restaurants and bars in the city. Also, in case you want to cook at home, you can find the legendary Bretxa market in the Old Town, where the best seasonal products can be found

The access to the beaches is also very comfortable. In five walking minutes, we reach both Concha Beach and Zurriola Beach. Also, from the main building entrance door, there are two beautiful walks: one goes up to the Monte Urgull park, from where one enjoys the best views of the city, and the second leads us to the New Promenade, through the fishing port.
