Couldn't have asked for a nicer view

Stayed the weekend for a graduation. This home was lovely and had the most gorgeous views. The layout was perfect for our family to gather and have some wonderful dinners and evening hangouts. I also enjoyed some lovely tranquil mornings here. I will definitely stay here again!

Breen was pretty easy to deal with. Very nice people. Sometimes you have to wait for a return call because it's a two person office but they really are good at explaining and following through. The house was nice. It's 3 floors with an elevator. The elevator took a couple minutes to completely understand. The living area (TV, living room area, and kitchen are on the third floor which is fine but it would be nice if there was a bathroom up there. Other than that it was very nice.I hope we left the house clean. We will try to go through Breen when we visit the area again.

We absolutely loved our time at this property. It is well equipped with everything you need and the third floor living area is so comfortable and views the ocean. I was sad to leave.

Great view

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms good. Air flow at home needs some improvement at some time in future when windows are replaced. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need.

Relaxing Stay Next To Ocean

We had a lovely stay to go to Hearst. The multiple picture windows in the living room give a great view of the ocean, crack the balcony door for some air and ocean waves. Comfortable furniture and kitchen essentials. Would stay again for sure.

Great location with views and sounds of the ocean.

Would rent again. Highly recommended. We had a great stay. In sleep like a baby there with the windows and doors open listening to the sound of the waves.

Great property! Stunning ocean view in a quiet neighborhood conducive to walking. Not advisable if you have problems with stairs, it has three stores and the elevator was not working.

Magnificent ocean adjacent home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 story home provided for a very relaxing get-away. Although it is 3 stories, the elevator makes the stairs unnecessary. We spent most of our time on the expansive living space on the top floor, where a wall of windows affords an amazing view of the waves. We enjoyed sea breezes from the deck. The second floor has two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, all of which were well-furnished. We didn’t use the first floor bedroom. The neighborhood is very quiet with minimal car traffic. We saw deer grazing on our late afternoon walks. My only criticism is that none of the windows on the top floor open, making it hard to hear the waves, which you can do from the decks (two on the top floor, one off a second floor bedroom). Breen Vacation Station is always a pleasure to deal with; this is our third or fourth rental and we no doubt will use them again.
