”very nice and clean rooms. Beautifully maintained building and great location. Staff is very helpful and Breakfast is included.”

”We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....

”Very tight parking. Shabby room condition. Had to return to office when first gate key did not work. AC remote on wall in awkward location neither staff nor we could find without major delay. Cheap laminate wood look flooring worn through exposed grey base several areas, including bathroom threshold. Office attendant was helpful and positive.”

”Overall it was what we anticipated. However, we had a problem with the bathroom. We notified the help desk that the toilet is not flushing properly and it's not usable; they said the maintenance is out and they'll send someone to look into it. They didn't send anyone to check, and they didn't offer to change the rooms. They could have communicated clearly to address the issue. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby.”

”Location for San Jose quakes games, Santa Clara University, SJ airport and Levi stadium are ideal. We stop here every time we are in Santa Clara visiting our son. There are three Element hotels in the area all are a superior choices to other mid price hotels”

”From the moment we arrive, the service was very professional and warm. We came to enjoy the world cup and the front desk provide us with the information needed to go to the stadium (not too far from the hotel) the food was great as well and the coffee was excellent. Great place to stay near the airport and other facilities”
