Community Pool, basket ball court n supermarket were close by which was a plus. If u need something the supermarket Superman’s will deliver for a 10 pesos fee which is nothing. I recommend change money n have small bills on hand to tip the locals . If u rent a car you will also have a secured parking spot w no worry of trying to find a spot to leave...
