In the heart of this charming village, in a beautiful, characterful building just 50 meters from the pedestrian street, awaits our spacious 90 m² apartment, tastefully renovated in 2010. Combining modern comfort with period charm, it is the ideal base for a vacation with family or friends.



The apartment offers generous space, consisting of three bedrooms equipped with 140 cm double beds and a family room with a 140 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people. All bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure optimal rest, even on hot summer nights. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, and a baby cot can be provided upon request. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your own pace, while the bright living room provides a welcoming setting for easy sharing.

Outside, you'll enjoy a large private outdoor terrace overlooking a lush garden, perfect for dining al fresco or relaxing under the blue Var sky. This peaceful space offers a true haven of tranquility in the heart of the city, where you can savor the gentle Mediterranean lifestyle at any time of day.

Sanary-sur-Mer captivates with its authenticity and warm atmosphere. The town center, just a stone's throw from the apartment, is full of artisan shops, colorful markets, and typical restaurants. The picturesque harbor, lined with traditional pointus (pointe-shaped boats), is the ideal starting point for sea excursions to the Embiez Islands or the Calanques de Cassis. The sandy beaches, just a few minutes' walk away, invite you to swim, relax, or enjoy water sports. For nature lovers, the coastal paths and the Gros Cerveau massif offer magnificent panoramic views of the Mediterranean. An on-site housekeeper will personally welcome you upon arrival. She will hand over the keys, explain how to use the appliances, and share some tips to help you make the most of your stay. A supplement will be payable locally, including cleaning and, if desired, the provision of bed linen and towels. A public parking space is available 50 meters from the property, exclusively during high season.
