  • Provencen rannikolla: kylätalo, jossa on puutarha (1 000 neliömetriä), uima-allas (9 x 4 metriä) ja 60 neliömetrin terassi pergolalla; ilmastointi kolmessa makuuhuoneessa. Talo sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla, alle 100 metrin päässä Portissolin hiekkarannasta ja alle 300 metrin päässä Sanaryn satamasta. Merinäköala kahdesta makuuhuoneesta ja uima-altaalta, 5 makuuhuonetta.
    Kaupat, ravintolat, ranta ja kaupungin keskusta ovat kaikki kävelymatkan päässä talosta.
    Pysäköintipaikkaa on yhdelle autolle, muut autot voivat pysäköidä ilmaiseksi kadulle.
    Vuokraan sisältyy 2 tuntia siivouspalvelua viikossa, mutta loppusiivous (200 euroa) ei sisälly hintaan, vaan se on maksettava saapumisen yhteydessä.
    Liinavaatteet (lakana ja pyyhkeet) voidaan toimittaa lisämaksusta, joka on 20 euroa henkilöä kohti ja maksettava saapumisen yhteydessä.

Très belle maison familiale près du centre ville. On peut tout faire à pied. Belle terrasse ombragée et grande piscine. Nous n’avons pas pu en profiter à cause du mistral mais le jardin est magnifique. Les chambres sont situées sur 3 niveaux avec chacun sa salle de bain. Idéal pour 3 couples et leurs enfants.

Une joli et grande maison pleine de charme et de recoins,. Très confortable pour 12 personnes, chacun peu avoir son petit espace. Les extérieurs sont très beaux et bien entretenu, et en été c’est là que l’on y passe la plupart du temps. Belle piscine, très grande terrasse. La maison et à 3 minutes à pieds de la plage et 10 minutes du centre ville, qui est très animé. Un très bon séjour.

Great location

Perfectly located house in a beautiful town. Great swimming pool and a great host with great recommendations. Some little quirks of an older house. Would be nice for the downstairs bedroom to be able to open onto terrace and maybe some air con in the garden level. Overall we a had a great stay for large family of three generations.

Vacation by the sea ~ southern France

The house is lovely, in a great location. Juliette was great with communication. The pool was our favorite of the places we’ve stayed. I can’t wait to go back!!

Excellent location, lovely property.

Given the fact that this property is so well located in the heart of Sanary-sur-Mer, we never needed our car almost the whole time we stayed there. The house is a lovely example of the typical architecture found throughout the South of France, and the common living spaces were very comfortable, light and airy.

What an absolute gem. A few minutes walk to the beach and a stroll into town to the wonderful harbourside market for fresh produce for the BBQ. So many quaint streets with lots of upmarket shops and restaurants. We had a lovely scenic walk along the coast to Bandol and a boat trip out from the harbour to see dolphins. The hosts were charming and responded very rapidly to any queries. The house itself is spacious and comfortable with a lovely private pool and outside eating and relaxing area. All you could want for a holiday by the sea in France.

Serene Sanary

We loved the beautiful large lush garden and pool and the terrace was spacious and perfect for family meals with a great view of the garden. The house is so cute and in a wonderful location, just minutes from Portissol beach and a short walk to the port, filled with cafes and restaurants and shops. There is a great little market and a boulangerie as well as a pharmacy just a two minute walk away.The only drawback was the bathrooms were a bit awkward to use and the coffee maker has a leak. But we loved our stay

Fantastic French Charm

A beautiful home obviously well loved and cared for by its owner Juliette and her lovely housekeeper. We were welcomed with a bottle of Rose (nice touch) and immediately fell in love with both the house and the quaint town of Sanary-sur-Mer. Juliette provided a wealth of information and suggestions for our stay. My only disappointment is the time flew by so quickly in this beautiful location and home. I hope to return one day. Merci beaucoup Juliette!

The property is in an excellent location within a very short walk of Portissol Plage and also the very appealing harbour town of Sanary with its daily food market full of great quality fresh produce. There is also a great Boulangerie and grocery a few steps from the house.The house is attractive with a very large terrace where we spent our time. The pool is a good size and surrounded by very attractive planting.On the down side, we knew how hot it would be and chose a property with air conditioning. This never functioned during our stay and communications made us feel we had done something incorrect to the controls. We bought our own fans from a supermarket.Bedlinen provided at extra cost is not great, take your own( although very unusual in England at this level to have to make beds).The two basement bedrooms are large and quite cool, one of the outside doors to these could not be shut and the shared bathroom is rudimentary with a shower hose in a bath.On our last day garders visited with very loud petrol driven tools when we were having breakfast. They made a loud noise for over an our. The pool had been very clear all holiday with one maintenance visit. On the last day the shocked the pool with chemicals and it remained extremely clouded and still was when we left the following morning. The owners said it was fine to use like that but everything we researched said no. So no pool on the last day.A lovely house in a great location but room for improvement.

Sommer im Herbst

Das Haus und die Außenanlagen mit Pool sind sehr schön in mediterranem Stil eingerichtet. Wir hatten im Oktober traumhaftes Wetter, sodass wir die große Terrasse mit großem Tisch und großer Polster Sitzgruppe von früh bis spät nutzen konnten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ein Problem ist die Nutzung der Duschen, was durch bauliche Maßnahmen-wie feste Duschwände- behoben werden könnte. Als Familien mit Kindern waren wir offenbar nicht die Wunschgäste ,sodass wir nicht nur die vertraglich vereinbarten150,00 € Endreinigung bezahlen mussten, sondern 200 € mit zusätzlicher "Kontrollreinigung" nach 3 Tagen. Es war trotzdem eine schöne Urlaubswoche.

Es umgab uns ein zauberhaftes Gefühl!

Wunderschön gelegenes und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus, das über eine sehr gute Ausstattung verfügt und keine Wünsche offen lässt (kleine Info für Kaffeetrinker: nespresso-Maschine (basic) und French Press vorhanden). Die wundervolle Terasse mit großem Esstisch und gemütlichem Loungebereich bietet eine perfekte Möglichkeit zum Entspannen. Im gepflegten Garten findet man kleine Ecken um Ruhe zu finden und zu träumen und auch der tolle Pool mit ausreichend vielen Liegen machte unseren Urlaub zu einem rundum besonderen und einzigartigen Erlebnis. Die Gastgeberin Juliette ist überaus herzlich und hat uns auch im Vorfeld bei Fragen sehr schnell und freundlich weitergeholfen. Leider waren wir etwas spät, um Juliette persönlich zu treffen. Aber dafür hat uns Isabelle in Empfang genommen, die uns alles gezeigt hat und ebenfalls eine ganz liebe Person ist und stets für Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Unsere Zeit an diesem wunderschönen Ort war unvergesslich und wir würden uns sofort wieder für dieses fabelhafte Haus entscheiden. Es umgab uns ein zauberhaftes Gefühl. Un trés grand merci Juliette!

Emplacement très bien.Plage et centre à proximité.Plusieurs petites choses pas au goût du jour, cuisine sans éclairage, pas de protections solaires sur la terrasse sauf un vieux petit parasol et donc coussins partiellement souillés par des déjections d'oiseaux, 2e frigo non fonctionnel mais remplacé après notre départ etc...Ce serait les aléas du début de saison...!Par contre important déficit : l'humidité en rez de jardin.Une pièce pas vivable et l'autre aussi fortement humide, odeur, murs avec traces de moisissure etc... Ce serait due aux fortes pluies de mars?!Le ventilateur ne fonctionne que 2 minutes.Autre problème, la sécurité! Les portes de la pièce de vie ne ferment pas à clé.Par vent il faut bloquer une double porte fenêtre, sinon elle s'ouvre.Le descriptif est incomplet, dimension des lits, chambres du rez-de-chaussée de jardin uniquement accessibles par l'extérieur,...Dommage qu'il y ait autant de lacunes, sans cela logement très agréable.Merci à Claude (sur place) pour son aide(fixation de poignée de porte tombée)et sa présence.

Perfekter Sommerurlaub am Strand

Das Haus: Schönes und sehr charmantes Haus mit einer herrlichen Terrasse, einem tollen Garten und einem sehr schönen Pool. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war für unsere 6 Erwachsenen und 5 Kinder (zwischen 3 und 13 Jahre) optimal. Die Lage: Besser geht es kaum - Fußweg zu einer sehr schönen Bucht und Strand ca. 3 Minuten. Die Bucht / der Strand sind herrlich und es gibt dort auch mehrere schöne, aber auch nicht gerade günstige Restaurants. Vom Haus sind es vielleicht 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt von Sanary-Sur-Mer - perfekt (inkl. Hafen mit täglich frischem Fisch). Somit ist auch alles erforderliche für den täglichen Bedarf (Bäcker, Metzger etc.) fußläufig zu erreichen. Vor dem Haus kann lediglich ein Auto parken - macht aber nichts, da rund ums Haus sehr viele freie Parkplätze vorhanden sind (früher morgen oder ab ca. 18 Uhr). Obwohl das Haus mitten in einem Wohngebiet und an einer kleinen Straße liegt, war es erstaunlich ruhig. Umgebung: Es gibt sehr viele schöne Ausflugsziele - die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Vermieter / Kontakt: Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Juliette war sehr angenehm, sehr freundlich und wir haben allen erforderlichen Informationen erhalten. Vor Ort hat uns Isabelle super nett empfangen und auch sehr schön in das Haus eingeführt. Alles perfekt! Gesamtfazit: 5 Sterne - WIR KOMMEN DEFINITIV WIEDER!

Ein Juwel im Paradies

Wir waren einfach rundum von diesem charmantem authentischen Haus mit deinem zauberhaften Garten. Die Betten sind gut, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse ein Traum. Der Kontakt zur sehr sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter ist hervorragend. Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeit fast neben der Türe , genau so wie der wunderbare Strand von Portissol. Wir kommen zurück !!

Tolles Haus direkt am Meer

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir waren eine Gruppe zu 10. 3 Paare haben im Haupthaus gewohnt und alle anderen im unteren Teil des Hauses. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Bäder. Der Garten ist wunderschön, überall gibt es Sitzmöglichkeiten und man kann sich herrlich zurückziehen. Die Fotos im Inserat sind ein wenig veraltet, das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit viel charmanter und schöner als man denkt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und schön. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Einzig einen Grill haben wir vermisst.

Perfect

We were a group of six adults and four children. The location of the villa couldn't really be bettered as both beach and town are a short walk away. Most of our time was spent on the large terrace or in the lovely pool and the children also had fun playing in the beautiful Mediterranean garden. The photos do not really do justice to the charming house. And finally a word for our hostess Juliette, who was always available for advice, information and practical help right through from initial booking to our stay in Sanary. Un grand merci Juliette!
