”Our family stayed in this cabin for a week and absolutely loved it. We knew what to expect with well water, so not a problem. It was perfect for the four of us. The owner was even nice enough to come by and check on us. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Custer in the future.”

”We absolutely loved our stay at the Custer Rambler! The location couldn’t have been better, right on the main street in Custer, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the grocery store directly across the street.
The space is decorated with fun Johnny Cash-themed décor that gives it so much personality. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and both the bed and the couch were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the host was excellent with...

”We were traveling a long way and had a reservation. The cabin was easy to find, perfect for the two of us. Having a kitchen was great to fix quick meals and getting on with our adventures. The cabin was just that. A very comfortable place to eat and sleep. Paul and his wife were very responsive in weeks leading up to our stay and greeted us at check-in. Paul gave us great suggestions about the area and went out of his way to provide us with some kitchen utensils that were not in the...

”We loved our cabin and stay overall. Great location, central to everything, especially if traveling with younger kids. The 1880 train goes right through the backyard (but isn’t a nuisance as it only runs during certain hours and they only blow the whistle when crossing roads) and the play set and basketball court were a big hit for our kids at the end of the day as they were able to get some pent up energy out. The cabin is well-appointed with everything you need, including a gas grill, towels,...
