”Super clean room and excellent breakfast”

”Room was unbelievably noisy , they had us in the staircase suite , all the vehicle noise and drunks running up and down all night long banging on the window and ac was horrible . The A/C-Heater kept needing to be reset , Towels were stained and dirty , bed sheets were stained , bed was comfy but very small , not a queen . Bathroom /toilet was very gross and mould behind toilet on floor . breakfast was ok , pancakes were good . Certain staff at desk were not great , cleaners were nice . Parking...

”Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was A LOT of noise from the street which made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was a bit lacking in selection in comparison to other hotels we’ve been to. Food items were often not replenished and we had to ask for them.”

”Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Room wasn't very clean. Hairs on pillowcases, sheets had permanent stains on them, under the beds weren't swept and behind the center table was gross. Only outlet to plug your phone in was behind the center table or in the bathroom. Microwave needs a good wipe down on the inside from the top to the bottom. Could definitely use a heavier top blanket to keep warm without having to run the heat and get hot. Bathroom floor needs to be mopped. Towels are...

”Checked in and were offered a small glass of beer or wine. Asked if we wanted to order breakfast for morning which was delivered to our room. Hotel was extremely clean. Staff super nice and friendly. We were given a room without a window. We will request a window room next time. Close enough to walk to various restaurants and drink establishments. They also will deliver cookies and milk to your room upon request.”
