”Everything was fine other than the pillows were a bit flat and the shower screamed when you went to turn it on. The faucet tap thing was a bit stuck and was so loud when pulled to start the shower. We also had noisy neighbors but they settled down for the evening. Good for a quick stay.”

”The room was in very bad shape and wasn’t clean. When we first checked in and went into the room we were not pleased with its condition. Since it wasn’t very clean, we pulled back the comforter to make sure that the bedding was clean, thinking maybe we could make it work. It was fine, but we just couldn’t get past the condition of the rest of the room. There were stains on the chair, ottoman, walls, and ceiling. The laminate on the tv stand had a corner broken off and was peeled back on the...

”Too small, no chair. Could only sit on bed. Very quiet and safe. Way too expensive for a little smoking room. I don’t smoke but the lady said that’s all they had. She was just saving non smoking rooms for people who refuse to stay in a smoking room.”

”Clean and friendly staff”

”Our suite was spacious, clean and accommodating. The only flaw was the pool was very chilly and I had children that couldn’t enjoy it.”

”Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s an old motel with outside accessibility, but it seemed to be clean and recently upgraded. New flooring, fresh paint, and furniture in very good shape. There were small imperfections like the light stayed on constantly in the microwave due to a damaged door closure, the toilet seat connectors were broken which made the seat slide, no coffeemaker in the room. It was a fair price!”

”There was a problem with the elevator at one point but other than that it a great experience. The staff were very friendly.”

”Everything was amazing except the bed. It was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have experienced. Everything else made up for it, just noting this as it would have made this a 10/10 rating. The breakfast station was run by the most friendly and helpful gentleman. He made our mornings better by being a part of it. The desk staff were all extremely friendly and helpful!”

”My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!”

”Rooms where clean they have nice pool area. My only complaint was the breakfast selection was not very good. I would stay there again.”

”The first room: AC would not cool the room. It would operate for about 2-3 minutes and then cycle off for ~ 10 minutes, while the room was in the 80s and the unit was set for 73 (would not go lower). Bathroom had long hairs in the shower and sink. And...there were bed bugs. Mattress had blood stains and obvious tracks from other infestations. Second room: Bathroom had large cracked tiles, long term stained and worn down bath tub / sink. But new matresses! And...AC that did the same thing as...
