”My only complaints are this is in a not so nice part of town and I wasn’t told until check in…it was an extra $25.00 per a pet … which would of made the price the same as staying somewhere in a nicer part of town. But the hotel was nice , and quiet , and easy to get to, close to food and easy to get back on the highway. ”

”I was really pleased with this stay! The room was small and perfect for a simple stay while visiting Albuquerque. The front desk people were all friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was simple and everything we wanted! A place to grab a quick bite before the days adventures. The roof top bar/restaurant was beautiful and even though we didn't get a chance to eat there, the food was beautifully prepared. We only went up to look around and took some wonderful pictures of the Sandia...

”Yo eh tenido la oportunidad de quedarme en varias ocasiones en este hotel que esta última estadía fue pésima el personal no tuvo buena actitud a la hora de hacer el checking y por primera ver si el depósito por tarjeta lo cual me cobraron 110 dólares para completar los 240 dólares del pago que hice cash resulta ser que ya hoy haces 7 días y aún no me devuelven el depósito y cuando hice la reclamación me digerían que no había ningún depósito pendiente cuando en mi tarjeta todavía aparece el cobro...

”The breakfast menu was limited and there was no juice. The room was clean yet smaller than other Residence Inns that I stayed in. Lastly, the guest need more temperature control in the room. It was set at 68 degrees and could not be changed. It was a cold sleep. ”

”Hotel Zazz is a wonderful gem. It is decorated with bright, creative local art works-even the soap bars are locally curated! The room was very clean and staff kept it well stocked. The Speakeasy bar was a hit! Loved the energy and the location—I highly recommend Hotel Zazz!”
