” There was a smell of stale smoke or cigarettes as soon as we walked into the room. The AC was set at 62, it took awhile for our room to o reach a comfortable temperature. I left my bracelet on the desk, when I called for them to o check i never received a call back. So I guess some has a beautiful bracelet now. ”

”The room was clean and we got a nice view since we got a room on the top floor. The friendly staff provided great costumer service. I was a bit disappointed that the inside pool wasn't a bit warmer in temperature to swim in. The hot tub was really nice though. The hotel food is decent. It surprised me they didn't have the little liquid coffee creamers or honey packets for convenience, only half and half, sugar, splenda, and powdered non dairy creamer. ”
”I particularly appreciated the large, clean laundry room where I was able to wash our clothes at the end of a 10-day vacation. We packed clean clothes in our suitcases.
Also, the help by your front desk staff person on the morning of 9/13 (I didn't get her name) to ensure we had our boarding passes printed. All front desk staff were friendly and accommodating - that makes all the difference!”

”Staff friendly, check in smooth, rate affordable for a 1 night stay. Easy access off 1-25(some traffic noise from). This hotel is undergoing a full renovation. Our room has not been done, but was comfortable, spacious and clean. We did not check pool out. Continental breakfast good. ”
