”It was the cheapest alternative within a 20 miles radius of Tanglewood. So get what you pay for. It is an older motel so the condition is to be expected. For the price, it was worth the one night stay. Shower wasn't pretty but it worked. Staff was friendly enough. Continental breakfast was just old muffin type things that come in the plastic wrap.”

”On arrival, we walked into what appeared to be someone’s very messy home. Slight smell of cigarette smoke, coats everywhere and a kitchen full of unwashed dishes, food left on the counters, and a man sitting at the kitchen table with his shirt off. Walking up to the “office” entrance from parking, we walked past an outdoor table with a meat slicing machine wrapped in plastic. We nearly didn’t stay, but needed a bed and the room seemed the cleanest part of the house and good enough for a night....

”The pictures shown on your site are not representative of this motel. We pulled into the drive and turned around and left without even checking in. There was debris leaning on the building outside of several rooms, the landscaping and parking lot was over grown. You could not even see the pool from how overgrown the weeds and bushes are. If the outside is this unkempt there was little expectation of the condition of the rooms. So disappointing that the online photos are so deceptive.”

”Okay place to spend a night but don’t expect any service. This place uses remote “staff” to run the joint. I called the “desk” around 6:30 pm with a request. Got a call back around noon the next day, when we were well on our way. No soaps, no shower cap. Only plus was an urn of good coffee in the otherwise empty lobby. Not much for $160 or so.”
