”Great place and stunning location. Absolutely loved the quiet and perfect mix of old times with modern convenience. Had a short stay this trip but intend on returning in the future.”

”The Home was exactly as described. It was a charming home, very well maintained and clean. We stayed for one night -traveling through to another destination. It was perfect for us. We took an afternoon hike to the nearby Mansfield Lake. (no driving required) We had dinner at Café Adam.(delicious) It is close to many different eateries. The free breakfast at great Barrington bagels was delicious and such a nice, feel good gesture.”

”Very clean and comfortable house in beautiful Great Barrington. We (me, my husband and our Sheltie, Willow) had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Would definitely stay here again.”

”This property is very conveniently located for Stockbridge and nearby areas. It is a large house with the bedrooms situated in such a way that there is quiet and privacy, which is very much appreciated when traveling with a group that is not family. The back door opens to a large yard area making it convenient for taking a pet outside several times a day. Josh was always available for my questions and he was very helpful and cooperative with some changes we had to make. The house was warm...

”Tom was a great host. Easy to communicate and just a nice guy. The property was in a great location close to all the places we went to-Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum, Botanical Gardens, Lenox, Stockbridge and more. Home was very spacious with a great outdoor deck. Nice grill that we used several times. Would definitely stay there again.”

”We all loved the hosts well thought out with signs and labels of how to do things, or where things went. The place was clean, organized, a great location to the Mount, and Lenox. I would love to go back again. Plenty of light in the house, and pretty well thought out decor, wall art, and really nice kitchen. Beautiful!”

”Our review of the property at Sun Filled Lake House Living property from July 10 to July 18, 2026.Overall, we had a wonderful time. The property looked exactly like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the character of the old-style cottage. The setting nestled in the woods was beautiful, and having two outdoor sitting areas was a great feature. We particularly enjoyed spending our mornings having coffee on the front patio, which quickly became our favorite spot. We also spent a great day at...

”This was a great weekend away in CT! The house was comfortable and clean. Very cozy setup and good communication with the host. The weather wasn’t amazing but we still enjoyed our stay for the weekend.”

”This VRBO has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Connecticut. The view and relaxing patio overlook paddlers on the Farmington River. The beds are comfortable and the furnishing are very pleasant. The little village of Collinsville provides wonderful trails to stroll. Several restaurants and music venues were fun, but the Farmer's Market on Sundays in the summer is not to miss. Carol, the host, lives next door, and can be reached easily. This was my second stay here and I would not...
