Lake Getaway in Sandpoint with Hot Tub

Located on Lake Pend Oreille in Sandpoint, our 3 bedroom house has two bedrooms with 2 king beds and a third bedroom with two queen beds. The master bedroom has beautiful lake views and its own full bathroom. The second bathroom is shared between the other two bedrooms. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) and laundry room with washer/dryer. Enjoy countless hours on our expansive new deck with fantastic lake views and enjoy the shade of the properties numerous fruit trees (delicious apple, pear, plum, and cherry trees). Last but not least, watch the bald eagles soar over or gaze at the stars from the hot tub! Spend the day on our private beach with multiple kayaks and inflatable SUPs, hammocks and seating. Lake is a 3 minute downhill private walk through our property.

Pet Policy: We are dog lovers and allow well behaved dogs, however we do charge a Pet Fee of $150 per dog. If you plan to bring your dog, please let us know how many dogs when booking. Dogs must not have flees (please!!!), jump up on furniture, come in the house wet, and must be on leash while walking down to the lake. Nuissance barking dogs are not allowed! Please be respectful of our neighbors.
