”The room was clean, bed was comfortable, furniture a little worn and the ac was a little noisy. Loved the location, good restaurants just steps for the hotel and walking distance to the strand. There is a lot of construction going on to the roads but still easy to navigate. Would stay there again”

”I believe the property was undergoing some renovations/updates. When we entered our room the floor was covered with construction debris/hardware. The breakfast was very disappointing. The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was very friendly, engaging, informative, and efficient. I will give it a second chance in the future.”

”Staff was great, friendly & helpful, room was clean and nice. Loved the balcony from the room. 4th floor was under construction, so that’s always a bummer. And the elevators were kind of worrisome with how much they shook. Overall great trip. Would definitely look into staying there again once construction is finished.”

”We stayed here Saturday June 13th. Unfortunately there is a “culture “ of entitlement developing at this particular location. The bar and wait staff on the 9th floor lounge and the main floor bar treat the patrons with blatant disregard. We arrived late in the evening around 9:15 and went to the 9th floor lounge around 9:30 and were told they closed in 15 minutes so no food service. Then we went to the main floor bar where we learned there is no wait staff, which is fine but where to stand at...

”The room was clean and very large. Bed was comfy and there were black out shades that were amazing. Balcony had a view of the ocean although there were several powerlines in that view. We still Conveniently located to Pleasure Pier. The only issues we had was that parking was scarce and they are stingy with the towels. We had 2 towels and 1 hand towel for our visit with no washcloths.”

”Hotel was ok for price, saw a roach so that just threw me off. They appear to be remodeling or putting bandaids to fix up, some ceilings were molded or water damaged.”

”Our room was clean and staff assisted us with our needs. The person at the desk was great. Very patient with my many questions. Friendly and helpful. There was adequate parking. Laundry room with two washers and two dryers. Maintained and kept clean. Pool clean and well maintained. It is a place I would definately stay at if in the area again.”
