”we enjoyed our stay, the only issues we had were the TV in the main living room didn't work and the queen bed downstairs was an air bed and kept deflating in the middle of the night. The unit was well equipped and we did enjoy our stay overall.”

”I rarely write reviews. This was one of the more bizarre experiences I have ever had. This was an unexpected stay (family rented a house nearby and there was not enough room) so we didn't want to spend a lot of money and needed a location closeby. So it was an interesting stay. The inside of the hotel is so incredibly outdated I don't even know where to begin. Everything about the interior was hideous in my opinion and I was not expecting that. ”This hotel is located right next to the highway so you do hear cars all nights. They were completely booked when we got there so there were a lot of people there. After a long day or traveling, there was no hot shower. Talk to the hotel staff they said they were working on it. Still no hot water the next morning. Staff said sorry we are working on it and that’s it! If you want quiet, comfortable bed and hot shower! DO NOT COME HERE !”

”Our stay was just okay. We’ve been looking to stay here for years and finally booked it. It was underwhelming. The property is nice, but not that nice. The elevators smell like stale air or sweat. The pool and hot tub are small, water fountain didn’t work, hot tub was kind of clean. The hotel rooms are nice but already starting to age. The property is in a good location. I prefer Vail Village and other properties. For the price, it’s a no go. You can do much better.”

”Really nice place! Tivoli lodge is really nice accomodation in heart of Vail. Vail is really nice Alpine style town. I especially liked Creek going through town where you can flyfish.”
