”I was surprised at how nice and spacious the room was. One thing that was tricky was that there wasn’t a lot of information about how things worked in the room. It took me half an hour to figure out how to turn the TVs on. A simple direction sheet would’ve been a big help. It took a while to figure out the Wi-Fi as well. ”The staff is great and very accommodating. We were upgraded to a really nice room because we were celebrating a big anniversary and it wasn’t that crowded.The location cannot be beat. Right outside the hotel is Vail Village.
The hotel was not very crowded and that might be because of mountain fires and the lack of rain in the area. The pool was heated the first day, but not the next day probably because it wasn’t crowded. Also, the pool bar didn’t open during the week. It would have been nice...

”Really nice place! Tivoli lodge is really nice accomodation in heart of Vail. Vail is really nice Alpine style town. I especially liked Creek going through town where you can flyfish.”
