Escape to this beautiful Sandusky Bay oasis with a stunning view of the Jackson Street Pier. Outfitted for four guests in the heart of Sandusky, your getaway will leave you relaxed and recharged. This beautiful condo was just renovated with a bright, fresh, botanical feel that lends itself perfectly to the natural oasis of the Sandusky Bay found just outside your window. Whether you prefer to sip your coffee while watching the morning hustle and bustle of the Jackson Street Pier, or you want to linger over a glass of wine and the sunset, this is the vacation destination for you. This unit has a queen-sized bed in the master with his and her sinks and a tub/shower combination. You'll also find some of our favorite bath amenities and sunscreen, in case you forgot yours! The main living area has a queen-sized memory foam sleeper sofa and a guest bath in the hall. You'll find the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need for meals and snacks in. If you'd like to grill out, Weber grills can be found near the pool and we've provided grill tools and melamine trays for your use. Unit is next to an elevator, providing easy access in and out of the building. We hope you find the relaxing retreat to be just what you are looking for. We look forward to hosting you!

**This unit is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitor. The device is unobtrusive and does not record / store any personal data or voice recordings at anytime.**

-We can not accommodate check-ins earlier than 4 pm.

**The property observes Quiet Hours every day between 10 pm and 7 am. We appreciate your cooperation**

**TV's are smart-enabled – No cable or streaming subscriptions included. You're welcome to log in with your own accounts. Please let us know if you have any questions!**

**This unit does not have a balcony.**

**Periodically, this building undergoes maintenance that may impact the view and noise in this unit. Please inquire if you have any questions.**

**Coin operated laundry facilities inside building.**

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the unit at anytime.**

**No confetti or glitter is allowed in this unit. You will be charged $100 in additional cleaning fees if glitter or confetti is found.**

**We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we do adhere to our cancellation policy.**

Check out instructions are as follows:

-Condo keys, (2) car passes, and black key fob all can be left inside the condo where they are visible.

-All bedding and sheets can remain on the bed. Used towels can be placed on the bathroom floor.

-Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure or clean and put away the dishes you used. If the dishwasher pods provided are Finish brand, please do not unwrap them prior to placing them in the dishwasher.

-When you depart the unit, please remove one of the condo keys from the key ring. Leave the rest of the keys and parking passes inside the unit. Use the single key you removed from the ring to lock the door from the hallway, then slide the single key under the locked door.
