”I arrived after a check-in time of 4pm, was informed someone was still using my room and did not know what time I could get into my room. Also there was no availability of getting another room because they were totally booked and no other room available. I went outside and spoke to the other guest staying with me and one of my friends walked and I walked back inside and she said that was unacceptable and needed to speak with a manager.
