”I didn't expect much from this hotel other than being close to the airport and clean. The check-in clerk was super insistent that it was a non-smoking room, but as soon as we went in our room it smelled like someone had hot boxed a pack of Marlboros about 12 seconds before we got there. We were too tired to care so we opened a window and went to sleep. The next day I went to the front desk to ask for some air freshener for the room. The new clerk gave me the 3rd degree about why I didn't report...

”I had several interactions with staff and they were all great! Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, effective. The building is a basic motel. The rooms have vinyl wood floors and are very clean. I had two dogs with me and when I paid $175 extra it seemed maybe I should get something for that. But no dog bowls, no cookies, no poop bags. They weren’t set up to keep the room clean: no dog bed was provided and I had to use my own dog towels to wipe their feet. I also had to make a special...

”Had a good stay here, it’s not super fancy and parts of the building are a bit old (like the carpet) but I had a good stay. The pub attached to it is very good, it’s close to the casino and there’s lots of places to go shopping nearby. ”
