”Day 1 coming out of the elevator, the hallway on the second floor smell like weed(STRONG). Ask for bed sheets and all that because the sofa bed didn’t have anything, they brought some bed sheets(not enough) no pillows. The lady said she was going to bring pillows and never did. Called the front desk a few times with no answer. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Day 2, got ln the elevator to go down and the elevator smell like dog pee really bad odor”

”Staff was not on shift at 9 am for assistance. Television remote control would not turn volume up or down, hallways were horrible ( dirty ) and smelling like weed, crack and cigarettes’ yet they insisted that it’s a smoke free environment. Definitely need to be more professional. Air conditioner needs new filters I had to buy some air freshener to spray the filter so the room would smell like me( a million bucks). I digress.”

”Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

”Es una hermosa propiedad con un personal poco capacitado,la limpieza es deficiente e inaceptable hay cucarachas objetos de clientes anteriores,las tohallas sucias y manchadas,la manta de taparse sin cambiar (con un olor espantoso)La habitacion que me asignaron no fue inspeccionada por un supervisor o personal a cargo.Al llegar me pidieron un deposito de 100 dolares aunque no mencionan eso a la hora de la resrva y entrar a la habitacion para encontrar total decepcion ”

”The location was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was just as described and exceeded our expectations. Sara contacted us when a storm knocked out electric and wifi for a bit and kept us updated. The home is warm and is kind of a step back in time but up to date at the same time. The guest apartment is a bonus as well as the balcony. We have stayed at many Vrbo homes and some were great and others just okay. But we will definitely visit this one again. It is a gem. ”
