”This hotel is catered for the local community, the food and as not high quality, the amenities are lacking, the cleanliness is lacking, the gardens and green areas are not well taken care off, the high tea is laughable, pictures are very deceiving. Overall not what you would expect from a 5 Star hotel, my wife and I were very disappointed.”

”I had contacted them multiple times to ensure that I had an airport pickup. There was no airport pickup and I had to wait a long time after re-contacting them at landing. And then the driver went and parked in parking and I had to walk over there in the extreme heat. This was completely unacceptable”
