”We had the best stay in Jaipur in this hotel. The Hotel is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is amazing. The hotel staff is the best! I've never experienced this kind of hospitality in any other 5 star hotel. Big recommendation!”

”Amazing property ever I lived in. It’s a beautiful safe to stay property. The decora of the property premises in just amazing. The service is amazing very fast service. Foods are little expensive for sure. But other than very warm welcoming. Amazingly polite . Fantastic staffs. Yes little far from pink city but I don’t mind because anyways I rented a car for 8 hrs to do my sight seeing. All I can say I enjoyed my stay so much with lovely memories . ”

”Seems like it was great hotel 10-15 years ago. I don't have any complaints for cleanliness or service because even though they were not extraordinary, they were decent and as expected. Something that bothered me were the rooms and furnishings. The room's design style was morden but seems liked it had aged a lot. Fern needs to invest in mordenizing the hotel when they are charging upscale prices for their rooms. ”

”This hotel is mainly used for weddings, They ll ask you to do breakfast with in a family function which they are hosting with in the hotel, also they ll move you to their 6th floor which has worst room, no hot running water, water pressure is super low, dirty sheets, sofas, broken chairs , plz be aware before booking this property”

”I was holding a confirm booking for three rooms from Hotels.com which the hotel refused to accept. The fact was they had given the rooms to someone else. Hotels.com was approached and the hotel manager refused to take call. I was standed with my family in car late at night as we did not have any other place to go. Very Very low standard. Hotel should not be in hospitality industry at all.”

”Don’t expect clean bed sheets or toilets. If you need a place to do a quick wash up before catching your flight you might want to consider this but I would still go for other hotels. Staffs are helpful but that doesn’t help with the overall. ”
