”We reserved a king suite which said it slept 4 so we assumed there was a sofa pull out- no there was a small lounger - so small my 5’7 sons knees hung off of it- I went and asked the front desk if they had a cot or another room since there were 3 of us - and they had nothing- we had to move the lounge chair to the end of our bed so he could have his legs on the end of our bed to sleep- $170 room wasn’t as described”

”We absolutely loved staying here! We booked through Expedia got informative messages about our stay, as well as the check-in process/policies. We actually arrived after hours (the front office closed at 7 pm), but staff told us they left our keys and registration form in a specific drop box with a special code to access it. Overall, it was a super easy process to get to our room and the amenies were amazing! We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in the Waco area!”
