”The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. ”I travel a lot but almost never leave reviews - however, this is one of the best old world ambiance I have experienced and thus, the property deserves a review :) the property is gorgeously designed, solidly built and immaculately maintained. ”This was my second time staying at the hotel, which had tripled in size since my last stay. The hotel and rooms are quite lovely. I love the farewell gift and the nightly Khmer folk tales. My room was fine except that a better cleanser needed to be used to clean the sink, which had a terrible stain.
Breakfast was a little minimal--I would like to have the choice of crepes as well as eggs.
