”Very quaint little motel, beautifully renovated, the king studio is very nice modern and elegant furnishings. Staff was very helpful and extremely polite. Self check in was very easy, once I read the message from the staff, everything you need is at the facility. Location is is perfect, midisland lots of restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive. We will definitely be staying here in the future. I highly recommend.”

”Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. ”We stayed at the property in April 2026. It is a cute bungalow, and was very clean. The living and sleeping areas were extremely spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the bath linens were plush. We loved the bicycles. There were even beach chairs available, which was a nice touch. ”Super clean location- NO pet hair or smoke smell anywhere- huge PLUS. Quick 4 min walk to the beach- thought about getting a wagon but ended up not needing one because it’s pretty close(for a ton of gear for 4 people). Seeing manatee in the canal was awesome. ”What an amazing property! We had a wonderful time on Sanibel and this property couldn't have been more perfect. Every detail inside was beautiful and the story behind this remodel is so cool as well! We took our pet and was so pleased that we could. We will definitely be back to this property again.
