”We had a great stay at Sea Breeze. Easy check in. Communication was great, very attentive. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked throughout. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items ready to use. Everything was better than described. The beach was easily accessible, walkable.”

”Great house and great host. We showed up and had a seamless check-in. The house had most of what we needed and more. Loved the pool and the window to pass things out to the pool area. The AC shut down from blockage- the response was so fast from the host-it was taken care of within an hour before the house got hot. Would definitely stay again! ”

”This was probably the nicest property we have stayed in the Captiva area. The home is beautiful, the view is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the property managers were so helpful. There was a hiccup with the air conditioning system while we were there, but it seems that the owners were more than willing to get that worked out for the next renters. We would definitely stay here again and hope to next year.”

”As returning guests to Captiva Providence, we knew what to expect, and our week in paradise was just as magical as last year! With beach access directly across the street, we spent nearly every day at the beach, and it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The property is beautifully maintained, shows no damage from the recent hurricanes, and Michael was always available if we needed anything (we did not). We are grateful to have found this gem and look forward to returning next year.”

”We had multiple couples stay and the rooms were great. Plenty of room for everyone. There were enough chairs for everyone at the dinner table. The light switches were a little confusing for the pool area and walkway lighting. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend staying at this location again!”

He was extremely knowledgeable in answering all of our questions which eliminated a lot of searching. We knew exactly what to expect and we had a wonderful time in Sanibel.”
