”Lots of nice restaurants close by. We walked the neighborhood for exercise and it was nice. House looks unassuming from the outside but really nice updates inside. Creek behind house was so peaceful. Wish we would have had time to kayak!The refrigerator died our first day there and they had a replacement in less than 24 hours! Would recommend this VRBO and Carlos as host!”

”The property was very clean and well-kept! The 5 rooms accommodated all of our family members and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is the perfect size for a get-together; not too big for kids and not too small to feel crowded. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet, and safe. There are plenty of grocery and shopping options nearby, as well as of course the beach which is only a 5 min drive away. The owner was very responsive and answered all the questions we had before we checked-in....

”We had a most pleasant stay at the Cozy Beach House this week. The place was immaculate with absolutely nothing overlooked, which made our stay all the more comfortable. Since we flew in from PA, we had limited space for towels, beach chairs, etc. All of that and more was happily provided. ”The property is off the road and beautifully landscaped all around so that you don’t see any of the neighbors. It is a relaxing oasis in the middle of a very busy area! There were many things to do for all ages within a reasonable drive. We went to the beach, miniature golfed, and shopped at Miromar outlets to name a few things. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the property during our stay. There were 5 adults and 2 children in our group and we had enough room to make our stay enjoyable!”
