Harvinainen kävelymatkan huoneisto Sanibel Beachillä

Askeleet rannalle maailmanluokan kuoret, uskomattomia auringonlaskuja; aja, polkupyörällä tai kävele vain 2 mailin päässä Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge -kadulta; golf, tennis, kalastus, melonta ja ostos lähellä. Päällystetyt polut ympäröivät saarta pyöräilyyn, juoksuun, kävelyyn. Hillitty, rento saaren ilmapiiri.

Huoneistolla on näkymä trooppiseen puutarhaan ja uima-altaalle sen pohjakerroksesta, oma terassi. Rentoudu terassisi yksityisyydessä ja kävele sitten rannalle tai uima-altaalle. Persianlahden ranta on vain 136 metrin päässä, uima-allas on vain 50 metrin päässä, kävele ulos terassilta molemmille.

Katso upeita auringonlaskuja Meksikonlahden yli. Huoneiston West Gulf Drive-sijainti mahdollistaa ympäri vuoden auringonlaskun näkymät, joita saaren muodon vuoksi ei ole saatavana joissain Sanibelin itäpään paikoissa.

Täysikokoinen, täysin varustettu keittiö, täysikokoinen jääkaappi, liesi / uuni, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone ja keittiövälineet.

Päämakuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja olohuoneessa on queen-kokoinen, taitettava sohva.

Yksityinen uloskäynti, suojattu, katettu terassi sisältää pöytä ja tuolit, jotta voit rentoutua ja nauttia trooppisesta puutarhanäkymästä.

Pesutupa, jossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu yksikössä.

Alkuperäisiä määriä kylpy saippuaa, shampooa, astianpesuainetta, pyykkisaippuaa ja paperituotteita tarjotaan. Pidemmät oleskelut saattavat tarvita vieraita ostamaan lisää määriä (useita kauppoja on lähellä).

Ranta, lämmitetty ja jäähdytetty uima-allas, rantatuolit, uima-altaan tuolit, grillausmahdollisuus, kattoterassi, langaton internet, pesutilat huoneessa, täysin varustettu keittiö. Yksi osoitettu parkkipaikka. Valitettavasti ei perävaunua, matkailuautoa tai veneiden pysäköintitilaa paikan päällä.

Saarella sijaitseva hallinta on käytettävissä aukioloaikoina ja ympäri vuorokauden puhelimitse avuksi sisään-, uloskirjautumisessa ja kysymyksissä tai huolenaiheissa loman aikana. Isäntä on saatavana myös puhelimitse, tekstinä tai sähköpostitse, ja se vastaa erittäin hyvin kaikkiin kysymyksiisi, jotka koskevat tekemistä, ruokailupaikkoja tai muita huolenaiheita.

From the condo, there was a nice, easy access to the beach, and the pool was great. The condo was fully stocked. It had all the amenities of a hotel (toiletries, sheets, and towels provided) plus those of a beach condo (beach items) which was great when flying in for a vacation.

Great condo!
We just returned from SanIbel and thought the condo was above our expectations. Per the description the pool is just a few steps and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the unit. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen, lovely new bath and beach towels, and everything spotless.

Excellent stay
The address we were given, 3401, was/is incorrect. We were not given the name of the condo units, and once found, realized there was no signage. I called the property manager for info and was told they did not speak English, unfortunately we were not bi-lingual. We recognized the condo from the photo. Two other guests also had the same problem. Including written check out info at the condo would be helpful. After finally finding the condo, however, our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay again. Lovely visit.

Return to Sanibel
Wonderful location and beautifully renovated condo. Just steps away from the beach and all those seashells! The owners and the concierge were easy to work with and accessible. First time back from the storm and the building has done an amazing job getting things back up and running. Happy to see the Island making its way back, so much admiration for all those who have put in the work and continue to support the Island to bring it back to its previous glory, as an amazing vacation destination, and a peaceful spot with gorgeous natural surroundings.

Nice place in Sanibel
We enjoyed our stay and the condo. The place is clean and has everything you need. The pool is quite small and not having any extra parking at all for day visitors or when someone is in your spot is really inconvenient. The location is great because it is close to so many restaurants and the grocery stores.

Great first trip to Sanibel!
Our family of four rented this condo for four nights on our first trip to Sanibel. The owner contacted us almost immediately after we booked and was kind enough to modify our reservation once we realized that we would need to arrive a day later than expected. The owner provided very good information about the property as well as some useful tips on what to do on our trip prior to our arrival. Upon arriving on the island, we easily found the management company office on the main thoroughfare to pick up the keys. The condo was easy to find as well. We found it very clean and spacious for our two adults and two kids. The property pool was just a few steps out the back patio. It was a fairly small pool, but quiet, as we rarely saw anyone there. We spent most our time on the beach, which was only a two-minute (or less) walk away from the property. There was plenty of room to set up our station on the beach, and the provided beach chairs and umbrellas made the beach days very enjoyable. We ate our breakfasts and lunches in the condo, which had ample kitchen space to prepare meals. At night, we ventured out to try the many wonderful restaurants on the island, all of which were only a few minutes away by car. Overall, we had a very positive experience with this property. I would strongly consider renting it again if we make it back to Sanibel, which we hope to do in the future.

Beautifully furnished condo
We found the property to be really well furnished. There were also many extra thoughtful touches in providing starter supplies of soap, detergent, and other items in both kitchen and bathrooms. Plus it's a close walk to the beach!

Wonderful family vacation
The property was in an ideal location. We really enjoyed shelling on the beach. The shells are like we never seen on any other beaches. Would suggest you get a shelling basket. Riding through the nature preserve was a must do and also a short cut into town. You should make bike reservations way in advance as most of the bikes were already rented without reservations.

Loved the condo. The only negative is the bed was way to soft. But everything else was perfect. Turns out that beach had the best shells and being that close to the beach is wonderful. It was hard waiting to pick up the keys.

We had an amazing 10 days on Sanibel. The condo is in a great location - close to the beach, shopping, and many outstanding restaurants. The weather could not have been better. The condo has all the amenities and necessities that we needed for our stay. It was nice having the beach equipment available to use. And the pool can't be beat - just walk out the lanai door and there you are. We used the pool almost every day. Dennis was very responsive to our texts and offered helpful suggestions for delicious dining options. It was a wonderful experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to rent here again.

Good beach getaway
We live in Florida so the beach was nothing new to us. However Sanibel beach is one of the best and not too crowded even close to a holiday. Found the accommodations very good with everything we needed including a very nice pool
