Upea kattohuoneisto, jossa on yli kokoinen oma kattokerros, antaa sinulle kaikkein panoraamanäkymät sekä lahdelle että Sanibelin saarelle! Koska tämä on päätelaite, kaikki Condo-huoneet ovat valoisia ja valoisia lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla ikkunoilla. Master-sviitissä on koko lasiseinä, josta on näköala pihalle ja merelle! Seulottu Lanai tarjoaa loistavan paikan nauttia auringonlaskuista ja varhain aamukahvista tai myöhään illalla olevista välipaloista.

Täysin uusittu, ammattimaisesti sisustettu ja täysin varusteltu tarvitset vain uimapuvusi. Toimitamme rantapyyhkeet ja hyvin varustetun vaatekaapin kaikella, mitä rannalle tarvitset, mukaan lukien rantatuolit ja aurinkovarjo sekä pienille rantaleluja. Pienistä puhutaan, meillä on myös käytettävissä pak n-leikki ja syöttötuoli omaan käyttöösi. Huoneistossa on tilava Master-sviitti, toinen makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode ja suora pääsy salihauteen, sekä kolmas viihtyisä makuuhuone, jossa on sohva ja pop up -rastio, joka sopii lapsille. Oleskelualueen työpiste antaa vieraille runsaasti tilaa levittää ja saada töitä tarvittaessa. Pointe Santo on äskettäin päivittänyt verkon monimutkaiselle. ILMAINEN nopea langaton internetyhteys sisältyy veloituksetta huoneistoomme niille, joiden on pysyttävä yhteydessä.

Olemme käyneet Sanibelissa noin kolmekymmentä vuotta, ja tämä on paras yksikkö, johon olemme jääneet. Puhdas, hiljainen ja moderni, upea näköala sekä omaisuudelle että lahdelle. Vuokraamme jälleen!

Nautimme perusteellisesti vierailustamme tässä Pointe Santo -huoneistossa! Yksikkö on niin mukava ... kauniisti sisustettu, kaikki päivitetty ja niin hyvin varustettu rantavälineillä, pyyhkeillä jne. Kiitospäiväviikko kahden lapsemme kanssa ja vanhempani eivät olisi voineet olla erityisempiä! Kiitos, että jaoit kotisi kanssamme!

Island Therapy

From the booking process through checking everything was smooth stress free. Upon arriving the place was just as the pictures portrayed and the views did not disappoint. Our Family of 8 had a great time enjoying the roof top deck to the easy walk to the beach. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Lovely Stay

The unit was large, clean and user friendly. The view was amazing and the walk to the beach was short and easy. There was construction in the public space which we were warned of but it didn't hinder anything. The only improvement I would have liked is dumsters closer to the building.

Our accommodations were excellent. Condo was very clean and had all the appointments for a great stay. We had no idea there would be so much construction taking place every day. It was very noisy from 8AM till 5:30pm. Had we known about the intense noise we would have booked a more enjoyable resort.

This is a lovely condo with killer views. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. The hosts provide everything you need for the beach from towels to chairs to umbrella. The only thing we would add would be an additional medium sized cooking pot - there was a small one and a huge one, but we made do. They are still finishing up Pointe Santo landscaping as well as exterior stucco, so there was a lot of construction noise, but they are very close to finishing. We will stay again!

Property was great. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Evans was a great host,. Shelling was phenomenal. Traffic was bad at certain times so we had to adjust a little but that is location specific. We had a wonderful time and the property was great.

Excellent Stay

What a beautiful place to stay! Perfect for our family. We enjoyed early mornings on the sun deck, evenings in the lanai, the one rainy day there, the jigsaw puzzles at the condo provided the teens with entertainment. They pulled one out had fun together assembling the puzzle. Lots of beach gear-wow! The kitchen was fully equipped. While we enjoyed several of the many fine restaurants on Sanibel & Captiva, we had all we needed to cook meals in the condo. This was such a lovely and relaxing place to stay. Thanks!

Father’s Day week

We arrived and were really impressed with our condo, it was very modern in many aspects. The elevator was extremely small and failed to operate a couple times. The only other issues was the tv service in the master suite was intermittent in its functionality and the master bath’s shower entry is extremely small. Overall we loved our stay.

Great location and Unit! Only issue is slow Internet.

This is a great location with an awesome view from the windows. You're close to the general store and many restaurants. The unit is clean and well supplied. The beach supplies are in a storage next to the elevator on the 4th floor. If you plan to do activities for the kids in the clubhouse, I suggest booking it early and they only take cash. The unit manager is very responsive. Lots of shells on the beach. There is a roof sundeck, but its usually too hot to use it or too many mosquitos in the evening to enjoy it. The internet is very slow and unsecured, using the VPN slows it down even more. The pool can get busy, have to get there early if you want to have a seat with an umbrella. Overall, we would stay here again.

Perfect family vacation!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay — condo was as described. Really appreciated the beach chairs, towels, etc. Meant we didn’t have to take all that! Comfortable space and we loved the rooftop deck. Kitchen was well stocked, but condo needs some larger serving bowls and also some storage containers for leftovers — we cook a lot of our evening meals on vacation and missed having those! Nice pantry space for dry goods. We were blessed with perfect weather all week — lots of beach time! The condo is very conveniently located to some great restaurants and the grocery stores, too.

Heaven on Earth

Myself and five girlfriends ages 57-67 just spent a week at Evans’ condo. The condo is in absolutely pristine condition and has everything you could possibly need including thick beach towels and five beach chairs, beach umbrella, and numerous other beach toys, floats, etc. We loved having our morning coffee on the beautiful rooftop deck. We rented bicycles for the week and didn’t need a car. The bicycle paths on Sanibel Island are great. You can shop at Bailey’s General Store and for $15 they deliver the groceries to the condo door. We greatly enjoyed shelling and found a gigantic conch shell, sand dollars, and many, many beautiful shells. A great restaurant right down the road in walking distance called the Sandbar had fabulous seafood and huge, tender steaks. Evans was very quick to respond to any questions I had. His condo, manager, Jim was also always available for any questions and very helpful. . Thank you Evans also for the very thoughtful book written by an author who stays at the condo. We are all excited to read it. The complex itself is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, outdoor hot tub, Pickleball. and snacks at the snack bar. Being beachfront was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and hope to return again. I would highly recommend this condo to all

Nice place to stay. Would stay there again

Condo was very nice. Everything is as described except there is no private WiFI in the condo. There is Wifi and it worked fine but it is the property-wide Wifi. They just need to update on the description. it would be nice to have provided more paper products (toilet paper). Not enough to get through the week and we had to buy a big pack of it which we left behind.
