”Hospitality and service is top rated. We thank Chef Heru, Raki, Lena, Nadila and Valda for their efforts”

”There is lot to like and love about the Majapahit Hotel, Surabaya. I loved this historic property in a great central location and I also loved its cheerful and attentive staff. The classic room I had was very spacious and clean, though some of the bathroom surfaces would benefit from replacement. However, for the price, it is hard to complain. Noise from other guests was not a problem during my 3 nights there. The buffet breakfast is quite good and you can order ala carte, including special...

”Staff friendly and very service minded. Breakfast and buffe´ god. Nothing to complain about.”

”Tasokas hotelli kaupungin sydämessä. Hienot ja tilavat huoneet. Loistava palvelu.”

”Very good hospitality and well synchronized staff”

”Clean and great place to stay. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Pool is nice”

”Zelo dobra lokacija (zraven železniške postaje Gubeng). Osebje je prijazn, hotel pa varen.”

”部屋は清潔で値段も安い点が非常に良い。 防音性は低く、隣の部屋の音が聞こえる。”

”Hotellilta oli hieman matkaa muihin palveluihin.”

”We had a great stay at Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan. Very good value for your money, with nice rooms and top notch service by the whole staff from the bellboys to the concierges. The view from the room was amazing and the hotel is located right next to a big mall. ”

”市中心有這種價位很划算。飯店在購物中心頂樓，吃早餐還可看街景。”

”I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station. All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay. 1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels. 2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...

”Wonderful staff, everyone was so friendly. We only stayed one night between arriving by plane and leaving by train to Jogja, but I plan to come back and visit more of Surabaya, and I would love to stay here again.”

”+ super vriendelijk personeel + schone ruime kamers + uitgebreid ontbijt + prima locatie, t.o. een mall + Tunjungan plaza op loopafstand”

”The first room I got is in the smoking floor. It sad to think that I need to ask for non smoking areas when booking the room instead of making it a standard. The room lighting is dimmer than expected. The front desks very friendly, however as I have late check in they could not rectify it immediately, and I need to wait for the next day to get in to different room. The next room is very pleasant with city view however the cleanliness need to be more thorough as I can see dust in some part of...
