The first Bavarian "WaldWipfelWeg", a treetop trail at a height of 30 m, is also a real eye-opener. It offers unique views into and over the magnificent Bavarian Forest landscape. The adjoining nature discovery trail is an exhibition and sensory garden for young and old. After a varied day, you can reflect on it in the Finnish sauna or in the hot tube. Due to its excellent location in the high valley and the over 1,000 m high local mountains Pröller, Knogl, Predigtstuhl, Hochberg and Hirschenstein, St. Englmar offers a wide variety of outdoor activities. In summer, 125 km of marked hiking trails are waiting to be explored, while in winter, 12 km of perfectly groomed slopes and eight lifts with floodlights are waiting for you.
