This apartment complex consists of 13 apartments. The apartment has a balcony, a covered parking garage and a nice location near the center. For the winter sports enthusiast, this is an ideal apartment, near the elevator to the Aineck / Katschberg ski area.

The village of St. Margarethen is just a few minutes walk away and the ski school and lift to Katschberg are around the corner. In the summer, this centrally located area offers many walking possibilities and (active) cyclists. Lungau nature reserve has many cycling routes and various mountain lakes can be reached within half an hour.

Below the complex is a covered parking garage. This apartment is located on the second floor of the complex and has its own covered parking space. The living room is spacious and equipped with a wood-burning stove, a TV and a dining area. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, among other things. You can use the ski boot warmers in the ski storage room.

You also have access to a furnished roof terrace with a beautiful view.
