”We stayed here 3 nights with my husband. It was the end of our 2 weeks trip, and we just wanted to relax and enjoy the sun. Service was nice, room was clean and cute, food was quite basic but good, breakfast was a positive surprise compared to other 2 start places. The beach is not good but it did not matter much because there was a pool. If you want to walk to Paje or Jambiani, it takes more than 30 minutes. For henna tattoos I can recommend Sofia, she did beautiful job!”

The rOom and hotel in general were immaculately clean. Even the beach along the nearby coast is crystal clear and clean. would say the water for showering isn't great but I'm not sure there's a whole lot that can be done about that. Rauhaa ja kahden kesken rantalöhöilyä toivovalla hieno hengähdyspaikka. Rannalta sai paikallisilta ihan luotettavia retkiä edullisemmin, kuten auringonlasku, delfiini-, mauste jne-retkiä. ”Like many others, we came to Zanzibar after a safari, with the aim of relaxing without any distractions. The Kichanga Lodge was perfect for that purpose. The service was excellent and the restaurant serves very nice food. It has a peaceful own beach and you won't be bothered by hawkers. If you want nightlife, it's not your place as it's quite distant from all the action. But if you simply want to get away from it all and relax, it's perfect.”
