”I reserved nice bungalow for 10 days. I mistakely made reservation for wrong month, I tried to change it 30 minutes after reservation. They refuse to make any changes and I had to pay more than 2000 euros for reservation. Do not go there, neither do any reservatiions via ebookers.”

”We stayed five nights with my husband. The hotel is beautiful, and the owner is very friendly, polite and makes an effort to make the stay perfect! My husband happened to have his birthday during our stay, and I asked the manager to have a surprise cake. We got it all; a cake, candles, a birthday-song and a bottle of wine to take to our room!! All in all this hotel played a very big role in making our vacation perfect!”

”Love the staff! Amazingly beautiful stay :)”

”Room was clean, staff exceptionally nice, area looked like paradise”

”Beautiful”

”This property is underrepresented , it’s a well balanced blend of nature and contemporary living , with private pods you could confuse for a mini yatch, the lounges , swimming pools , live entertainment, excursions and yet most important is the most courteous staff , where anything with a possibly of discomfort is met with gentle and expedited resolution that you even forget it happened. The distance from the airport is eclipsed by the shuttle service and revelation of this serene and...

”Excellent location. We had money go missing from our room. Check in was very impersonal and after a full days travel we were required to line up again to fill out an pay the government tax, surly this can be done anytime during the stay. The person who took us to our room gave us no information about the place room wise or resort wise. They talk a good service ethic but as far as I was concerned service was non existent. Overpriced for the standard of the overall experience. To make the stay...

”We had a fantastic stay at Bluebay Beach Resort! General Manager Jonathan and his team are simply amazing. I will definetely go back!”

”Beautifully laid out, beach right out every front door, very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, great food and a quiet but still family atmosphere. You can tell the owners give a lot of attention to the details. Pool was so clean and beautiful. Also the landscaping was stunning and gave it an upscale resort feel while still having an intimate feel. They set up an excursion and airport ride and made the whole process easy. Would HIGHLY recommend this place and would stay here again!”

”Room is clean and tidy So is the pool Breakfast is delicious and good portion The view and direct ocean view was magical Very quiet and cozy Staff they’re all friendly and professional especially Mr Jameel he was amazing and Koraiba Only thing I would be aware of is that this location is secluded and not very lively mainly for couples or groups that want to relax and rejuvenate without many activities around Not a great fit for solo travelers as unfortunately not much to do around and...

”The accommodations, food, and service were incredible! ”

”DO NOT STAY HERE Room smelt of sewage, I got sick after eating the lunch and dinner, with projectile vomiting, stomach cramps, and fever. Beach is advertised as private it is not. Hawkers are at the beach 24/7 and come onto the hotel property to harass guests. Management refuse to intervene and when asking for assistance they say it is normal to be harassed and you asked for it by staying there. Management were verbally aggressive and intimating to the point we could not get food or drinks at...
