tÀysin kunnostettu vuonna 2019, Can Blanc, 7 isoa makuuhuonetta, joissa oma kylpyhuone, 8 kylpyhuonetta, 15 minuutin pÀÀssÀ ibizasta, iso, oma uima-allas ja terassi, tÀydellinen yksityisyys ja ylellinen. Erinomainen perheille tai suurille lomille, korkeintaan 14-16 henkilöÀ (2 lisÀvuodetta). Sijaitsee Luoteis-ibizan "Isla Blanca" -kehitysalueella "Espeñal del Águila" -alueella San Miguelin Portinoxissa, 19 km Ibizan pÀÀkaupungista (20 minuuttia autolla), 350 metrin pÀÀssÀ kahdesta pikkukivirannasta. Kehityksen omat 2 rantaa ovat 5 minuutin pÀÀssÀ San Miguelin rannalta ja 10 minuutin pÀÀssÀ Benirrasin tunnetuimmasta ja kauneimmasta rannasta. Yksityinen iso Swiminpool ja iso terassi-puutarha-alue Viilalle. Talo sijaitsee kalliolla, jota ympÀröi kaunis mÀntymetsÀ saaren kauneimmalla alueella - ensisijainen ympÀristö, josta on nÀkymÀt auringonlaskuun talon mistÀ tahansa huoneesta. Tulet rakastamaan sitÀ!

My family and I recently stayed at Can Blanc for a week. Ten adults and three young children. (My daughter was getting married nearby). I wanted somewhere my whole family could spend time together, in one place. We had a fabulous time. Antonio was easy to communicate with and went out of his way for us. His team was helpful and readily available. ( they live nearby). The views from the pool terrace are absolutely amazing. The villa is large and spacious. Many having en-suites. We felt so at home here. The children loved the private pool. What a treat having a pool to ourselves. There is a fully equipped kitchen , which meant we were able to cook for ourselves and eat on the terrace most nights. Precious memories were made. Yes, you need a car to get around, a small price to pay to have your own private villa for a week, on this beautiful part of the island. Thank you Antonio and team.

Thank you once again – we had a truly wonderful time at your property!Our arrival was very easy and relaxed, as we were welcomed right away and received the keys without any hassle. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of space and layout. We especially appreciated that several rooms had en suite bathrooms, which made everything very convenient for our group.The interior design was bright, spacious, and tastefully done – the large paintings, mirrors, and light colors created a very welcoming atmosphere. The children felt at home right away, and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their stay.The caretaker family was always friendly and helpful, and made us feel very well looked after. All of our friends who stayed in the other villas were also very impressed and felt comfortable throughout the entire stay.We would be happy to return in the future and are grateful for your trust and hospitality. Beautiful Home

We stayed for 6 days. The house was really cool. Amazing view of the sea. We did have some issues with the water. We were told there’s work going on in the town that’s impacting the water pressure. The WiFi is nonexistent in certain parts of the home FYI. Other than that the stay was solid.

Leider nicht wie erwartet!

Wir waren wohl nach der Winterpause die ersten GĂ€ste der Saison. Die RĂ€umlichkeiten waren durchweg muffig. In einem Zimmer hinter dem Pool musste der Vermieter sogar einen Entfeuchter aufstellen. Zimmer alle recht kalt. Die Klimaanlagen liefen bis auf zwei recht gut. (Brauchten aber Tage bis das GebĂ€ude halbwegs wohnlich war.)Fernbedienungen hatten allerdings alle leere Batterien. GeschirrspĂŒler in der ersten KĂŒche komplett defekt. Diverse TĂŒren auf Grund des Klimas nicht beweglich. BĂ€der generell kalt, weil keine Heizung. Sauberkeit GewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig. Kein Fernseher oder Radio im Anwesen. Das konnte man allerdings verkraften. Pool war soweit o.k. allerdings ohne Pflege wie eigentlich mitgeteilt. Nach einem Sturm in der zweiten Nacht und die Lage im Wald haben wir dann selber mehrmals tĂ€glich den Skimmer gereinigt. Außenmöbel zum großen Teil defekt und ohne Auflagen. Alles in allem haben wir das beste daraus gemacht, aber fĂŒr mehr als 6000 Euro die Woche hĂ€tten wir mehr erwartet. SORRY! P.S. GegenĂŒber vieler anderer Rezensionen haben wir den Vermieter leider gar nicht kennengelernt! Von jedem Wunsch an den Augen ablesen konnten wir nicht profitieren! Alle Positiven Bewertungen erstaunen uns schon! Da hatten wir in diesem Jahr wohl eher Pech!

A Family Birthday celebration!

The Can Villa is fabulous and the photos do not do it justice. It is spacious and bright and the outside area is really beautiful.The owner was really helpful and checked in with us to see how we were.The bedrooms are all spacious and most of them have their own en suite.The living area is great. There were 15 of us and it never felt cramped at all. We tended to sit on the terrace most evenings and moved into the lounge as it got a little cooler.There is a good kitchen and utility area so we were able to stay in the villa for meals if we wanted .You do definitely need a car and there is only one little restaurant within walking distance.I would definitely recommend the villa and it was a very special birthday trip.

Excellent interaction with the owner and his staff

Great house for a large family and beautiful setting in North San Miquel. The house has a lot of charm and it perfect for a large group (12 people or more). The property is surrounded by beautiful trees. Yet, it is hiding the gorgeous view of the sea, which could be improved by cutting/trimming some of the trees and allowing more sun on the pool terrace.

A perfect villa

Spacious, clean, and beautifully presented. This villa is ideal for a group holiday. The villa sleeps up to 20 with beds for all. The bedrooms are split across the main villa's 2 floors and in a separate building beneath the pool area.

This villa is ideal for large groups - plenty of space and privacy, with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. There’s a large pool and patio, as well as two dining areas - indoor and outdoor - and a very comfortable living room with ample seating.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this villa, the pictures do not do it justice! The shared spaces were huge & there was more than enough room for everyone. Great views & a lovely outdoor space by the pool. The host was easy to contact if needed. A hire car or arranged transport is definitely required but we found that fairly straightforward to prebook. We could not stay due to COVID

The house looks beautiful - but we DID NOT STAY. We had to move the original dates from sept 2020 to may 2021 due to COVID. The UK and Spanish gov by law would not let people from the UK fly to Spain on either of these dates, but still the owner of this property did not offer us any sort of refund at all - which is pretty poor considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. After already paying a "deposit" through Vrbo - he then demanded a ÂŁ1500 CASH deposit on arrival! I'm sad we didn't get to stay here, but from our dealings with the owner, it is probably for the best.

Außergewöhnlich großzĂŒgige und top eingerichtete Villa mit Pool und Meerblick

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit im Objekt verbracht. Alles ist toll eingerichtet gewesen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, weil schnell und unkompliziert. Zur Ankunft war alles top gepflegt und vorbereitet. Wir wĂŒrden immer wieder hier her kommen. Vielen Dank.

HÀrligt hus för mÄnga pÄ Ibiza

Bostaden var över förvĂ€nta med nybyggt kök som var suverĂ€nt. Bra sovrum, bra pool och poolomrĂ„de. Ett minus AC i ett sovrum fungerade inte men det gĂ„r ju att Ă„tgĂ€rda. Överlag hade vi en fantastisk vecka.

Lovely house

We loved the house. Really as described on the web, in a very relax place with lovely views and very nice pool. We were three families with kids and we all enjoyed. Service from Owner was also excellent.

Spectacular the villa in a magic relax area of ibiza

Spectacular villa! The house is so big, spacious and comfortable!! A big villa , like a mansion with 9 bedrooms with the best views of the island, big outside swimingpool in a magical and quiet place, with a lot of intimacy and privacy area, surronded a big tree mountain. We've had an unforgettable days of hliday. We enjoyed, our holiday in ibiza so much! One Day came a chef to cook home and we loved the service form the owrner of the villa, carlos. It is very convinence that there is a close supermarket just 5 minutes form the house, and many beaches 15 minutes form the house. We recomend a restaurant in playa de san miguel beach!!

ÂĄQue bonita es esta casa! Nos ha encantado todo

A tan solo 15 minutos de Ibiza esta esta casa , con unas vistas que nunca imaginĂĄbamos, impresionantes y muy tranquilo. Nos encantaba bajar a la cala de la casa que estaba a 15 minutos bajando y media hora subiendo. HacĂ­amos yoga cada dĂ­a en esas terrazas recientemente renovada. Felicidades por cĂłmo ha quedado tan bonito. Muy cĂłmoda, limpia, amplia! Es grandĂ­sima y todos nosotros las 8 parejas disfrutamos muchĂ­simo . La nueva cocina renocvada era muy amplia y habĂ­a muchas zonas donde perderse por la casa. Muchas gracias por todo. Fernando y Teresa nos ayudĂł mucho! Gracias Carlos

Impressive how well we have spent our holidays!

We loved renting this house againg. It is recently renovated form these winter. With the newly constructed terrace and new pool, we have enjoyed some magical days where the views were a dream. Best sunset of the island. We love how the house has been after the reform of this winter, we came another year but this time we have enjoyed more than ever. Thank you Carlos for renting the house again. We have been so confortable, few days but we have enjoyed so much! The newly renovated, large, modern kitchen has been a surprise, as well as the big livingroom with the large tabel for the dinner. The decoration of the rooms has made us to rest like never. How beatifull is these villa!! We loved it!! Congratulations!
