täysin kunnostettu vuonna 2019, Can Blanc, 7 isoa makuuhuonetta, joissa oma kylpyhuone, 8 kylpyhuonetta, 15 minuutin päässä ibizasta, iso, oma uima-allas ja terassi, täydellinen yksityisyys ja ylellinen. Erinomainen perheille tai suurille lomille, korkeintaan 14-16 henkilöä (2 lisävuodetta). Sijaitsee Luoteis-ibizan "Isla Blanca" -kehitysalueella "Espeñal del Águila" -alueella San Miguelin Portinoxissa, 19 km Ibizan pääkaupungista (20 minuuttia autolla), 350 metrin päässä kahdesta pikkukivirannasta. Kehityksen omat 2 rantaa ovat 5 minuutin päässä San Miguelin rannalta ja 10 minuutin päässä Benirrasin tunnetuimmasta ja kauneimmasta rannasta. Yksityinen iso Swiminpool ja iso terassi-puutarha-alue Viilalle. Talo sijaitsee kalliolla, jota ympäröi kaunis mäntymetsä saaren kauneimmalla alueella - ensisijainen ympäristö, josta on näkymät auringonlaskuun talon mistä tahansa huoneesta. Tulet rakastamaan sitä!

We had an amazing stay at Can Blanc for our friends hen do. The Villa was beautiful, the rooms were huge and the view of the sea is just amazing. Even with the 17 of us, there was plenty of room for all of us without feeling cramped. We had a perfect stay. One thing to note there is no phone signal in the Villa and the wifi is mainly on the ground floor where the lounge and kitchen is. This wasn’t a problem for us as it was nice to switch off.

Wir waren absolut begeistert von dieser Villa! Auf den Bildern ist gar nicht ersichtlich, wie großzügig und weitläufig sie ist. Wir waren mit 15 Personen dort und hatten wirklich einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Räume sind riesig- man hat als große Gruppe ausreichend Platz und auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die verschiedenen Terrassen und der Pool sind ein Traum! Auch der Ausblick aufs Meer ist toll. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Von uns gibt es von Herzen gerne 5 Sterne!!

Overall we had a great stay. The house was large, had great facilities, and was the perfect backdrop for my milestone birthday with a group of friends. It's a bit far from nightlife but we knew that going in - and preferred that. The local restaurant is amazing and it's not too far from the grocery store. The only issue was the water. The pressure in all bathrooms was so low. At one point nothing was coming out (we couldn't even flush a toilet) but the property manager brought a technician quickly who improved the pressure (still not great) but then the temperature was so hot it was unusable - I have a burn to prove it. We ended up leaving to take a shower at Soho house. I don't want to penalize the property in case this is a temporary issue, but I don't think the place is habitable with the water in its current state. Thankfully my friends all had a decent sense of humor about the less than ideal shower situation.

We stayed in this wonderful villa as a family of 17 people (our ages ranged from a 1-year-old to a 78-year-old): it was the perfect place for us.The swimming pool is lovely, clean and spacious, and our children had endless fun in it. The setting is incredibly scenic and the views of the sea are beautiful. The kitchen was clean and well maintained. The air conditioned bedrooms were large and smartly designed. The spacious living areas are fully air conditioned and enabled us all to dine together. We also appreciated how quiet, peaceful and safe the Urbanització neighbourhood was. Being in a rural setting, it is an area that requires people to drive, especially if you have a large group. However, the surrounding small towns and beaches are must sees. And you have to visit ‘Bar Restaurante - Es Portitxol’ for dinner, which is at the top of the neighbourhood and a five minute walk from the villa, as we enjoyed one of our most memorable nights there.The villa’s host was reassuringly communicative in the lead up and throughout our stay and he always responded to any questions we had. A special mention must go to Julian & his family, who are the host’s neighbourhood staff who help manage the property. Julian was exceptionally helpful and friendly, responding proactively to every request we had about the house. Knowing he was on hand to help made a real difference to our stay. It’s a very special place and I highly recommend an extended stay.

My family and I recently stayed at Can Blanc for a week. Ten adults and three young children. (My daughter was getting married nearby). I wanted somewhere my whole family could spend time together, in one place. We had a fabulous time. Antonio was easy to communicate with and went out of his way for us. His team was helpful and readily available. ( they live nearby). The views from the pool terrace are absolutely amazing. The villa is large and spacious. Many having en-suites. We felt so at home here. The children loved the private pool. What a treat having a pool to ourselves. There is a fully equipped kitchen , which meant we were able to cook for ourselves and eat on the terrace most nights. Precious memories were made. Yes, you need a car to get around, a small price to pay to have your own private villa for a week, on this beautiful part of the island. Thank you Antonio and team.

Thank you once again – we had a truly wonderful time at your property!Our arrival was very easy and relaxed, as we were welcomed right away and received the keys without any hassle. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of space and layout. We especially appreciated that several rooms had en suite bathrooms, which made everything very convenient for our group.The interior design was bright, spacious, and tastefully done – the large paintings, mirrors, and light colors created a very welcoming atmosphere. The children felt at home right away, and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their stay.The caretaker family was always friendly and helpful, and made us feel very well looked after. All of our friends who stayed in the other villas were also very impressed and felt comfortable throughout the entire stay.We would be happy to return in the future and are grateful for your trust and hospitality. Beautiful Home

We stayed for 6 days. The house was really cool. Amazing view of the sea. We did have some issues with the water. We were told there’s work going on in the town that’s impacting the water pressure. The WiFi is nonexistent in certain parts of the home FYI. Other than that the stay was solid.

Leider nicht wie erwartet!

Wir waren wohl nach der Winterpause die ersten Gäste der Saison. Die Räumlichkeiten waren durchweg muffig. In einem Zimmer hinter dem Pool musste der Vermieter sogar einen Entfeuchter aufstellen. Zimmer alle recht kalt. Die Klimaanlagen liefen bis auf zwei recht gut. (Brauchten aber Tage bis das Gebäude halbwegs wohnlich war.)Fernbedienungen hatten allerdings alle leere Batterien. Geschirrspüler in der ersten Küche komplett defekt. Diverse Türen auf Grund des Klimas nicht beweglich. Bäder generell kalt, weil keine Heizung. Sauberkeit Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kein Fernseher oder Radio im Anwesen. Das konnte man allerdings verkraften. Pool war soweit o.k. allerdings ohne Pflege wie eigentlich mitgeteilt. Nach einem Sturm in der zweiten Nacht und die Lage im Wald haben wir dann selber mehrmals täglich den Skimmer gereinigt. Außenmöbel zum großen Teil defekt und ohne Auflagen. Alles in allem haben wir das beste daraus gemacht, aber für mehr als 6000 Euro die Woche hätten wir mehr erwartet. SORRY! P.S. Gegenüber vieler anderer Rezensionen haben wir den Vermieter leider gar nicht kennengelernt! Von jedem Wunsch an den Augen ablesen konnten wir nicht profitieren! Alle Positiven Bewertungen erstaunen uns schon! Da hatten wir in diesem Jahr wohl eher Pech!

A Family Birthday celebration!

The Can Villa is fabulous and the photos do not do it justice. It is spacious and bright and the outside area is really beautiful.The owner was really helpful and checked in with us to see how we were.The bedrooms are all spacious and most of them have their own en suite.The living area is great. There were 15 of us and it never felt cramped at all. We tended to sit on the terrace most evenings and moved into the lounge as it got a little cooler.There is a good kitchen and utility area so we were able to stay in the villa for meals if we wanted .You do definitely need a car and there is only one little restaurant within walking distance.I would definitely recommend the villa and it was a very special birthday trip.

Excellent interaction with the owner and his staff

Great house for a large family and beautiful setting in North San Miquel. The house has a lot of charm and it perfect for a large group (12 people or more). The property is surrounded by beautiful trees. Yet, it is hiding the gorgeous view of the sea, which could be improved by cutting/trimming some of the trees and allowing more sun on the pool terrace.

A perfect villa

Spacious, clean, and beautifully presented. This villa is ideal for a group holiday. The villa sleeps up to 20 with beds for all. The bedrooms are split across the main villa's 2 floors and in a separate building beneath the pool area.

Great spacious home with a beautiful view

This villa is ideal for large groups - plenty of space and privacy, with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. There’s a large pool and patio, as well as two dining areas - indoor and outdoor - and a very comfortable living room with ample seating.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this villa, the pictures do not do it justice! The shared spaces were huge & there was more than enough room for everyone. Great views & a lovely outdoor space by the pool. The host was easy to contact if needed. A hire car or arranged transport is definitely required but we found that fairly straightforward to prebook. Would definitely recommend staying in this villa!! Thank you Antonio :)

We could not stay due to COVID

The house looks beautiful - but we DID NOT STAY. We had to move the original dates from sept 2020 to may 2021 due to COVID. The UK and Spanish gov by law would not let people from the UK fly to Spain on either of these dates, but still the owner of this property did not offer us any sort of refund at all - which is pretty poor considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. After already paying a "deposit" through Vrbo - he then demanded a £1500 CASH deposit on arrival! I'm sad we didn't get to stay here, but from our dealings with the owner, it is probably for the best.
