”Pros: Nice pool, BBQ, table tennis, good WiFi. Walking distance to the beach. Cons: The wind blowing by the dinner table area almost all the time. It seems that Santanyi area is more windy and cloudy than Palma area. Bad luck too! The table tennis rackets and balls where not the best... needs updating.”

”Pros: Der Privatpool ist fantastisch! Die Lage war jetzt für uns ok… hat gute restaurants in der umgebung. Das obere zimmer ist renoviert, mega schön. Jedes zimmer hat eine klima. Cons: Die Küche hat mir weniger gefallen…bzw. Hätte mir mehr organisation wie z.b 3-4 „gute“ messer gewünscht.”

”Pros: Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Pool wird mehrmals pro Woche gereinigt. Wir planen schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Cons: Die Beschreibung und die Bilder sollten überarbeitet werden. Fahrräder sind z.B. nicht mehr verfügbar. Poolheizung wäre auch schön 😁.”

”The accommodation was a typical Spanish villa 10mins from the sea and bars/cafe's. The advert says second bathroom, there is but it is in a block outside. Kitchen had all the utensils you need. Although, could do with some mugs or larger cups and possibly a new coffee maker as this was not a gurgle, gurgle, gurgle more a gurgle ...... gurgle.Generally the place was clean apart from an odour from the inside bathroom in the hot weather, but this soon disappeared by leaving the inside window...

”Tres agréable villa de vacances située au calme dans un lotissement résidentiel à quelque kilomètres de la mer. Tout était très propre et la maison sentait très bon. La pisicine partagée est grande, très belle et bien entretenue. ”Wonderful villa with own pool, barbecue and outdoor dining space. Spotlessly clean. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and good air-conditioning. Quiet area. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Would recommend. Things to note: maximum capacity is 6 (even though there are 4 double bedrooms). Kitchen is well-equipped but quite small if preparing food for a large group. It would be useful to have a house guide/information on what to do with rubbish and recycling. Also a tourist tax needs to...
