The fully equipped American kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. The master bedroom has a double bed, a private balcony, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. A further double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom is also located on this level, as well as a guest WC and a covered built-in barbecue area for al fresco dining.



The Torreta is divided into three levels:

Lower level: two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning, share a bathroom with shower in the hallway.

Middle level: A large double bedroom with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the upper terrace.

Top floor: A covered terrace with sun loungers and stunning sea views, perfect for enjoying Ibiza's sunny days.

The villa's outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The upper terrace offers breathtaking views of the sea and the pool, with two chill-out areas and a covered outdoor kitchen. The pool with its salt water system is a tranquil place to lounge and enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

The maintenance and upkeep of the villa's pool is managed by a dedicated member of staff who lives on site. Cleaning service is provided 4 hours a day from Monday to Saturday, with towel and bed linen changes twice a week.
