Modern Hiihtoloma Alpeilla, lähellä Beach & San Antonio Bay

Tämä uusi huvila sijaitsee Cala Bou (San Agustin) lähellä Hotel Monterrey ja on vain 700 metrin päässä lähimmästä rannasta ja suositun San Antonio Bay. Villa on yhdistyvät moderni ja perinteinen kevyt ja ilmava tunne koko. Se on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta ja sopii 6 henkilöä.

Villa on avoin ja on tyylistä moderni, minimalistinen teema valkoinen nahkasohva, ruokapöytä 6, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa saari liesi, iso amerikkalainen jääkaappi kaikki mod-haittoja. On 50 tuuman LED-TV olohuoneessa ja 32 tuuman LED-TV: n jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa, kaikki Sky Digital Freeview TV. Kaikille asiakkaille on tarjolla myös maksuton kuituoptinen langaton internetyhteys.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on 2 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta ja ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on makuuhuone on oma terassi merinäköalalla ja kylpyhuone

Ulkopuoli Villa on siistinä, jossa on suuri uima-allas ja 3 erillistä aurinkoterassit kiinni säteitä eri vuorokaudenaikoina. On etelään terassi varjossa suoraan pois keittiö, joka on ihanteellinen ulkosalla ruokailuun. On myös suuri kattoterassi merinäköalalla, joka on ihanteellinen auringonpalvojia, koska se on kaunis Ibizan auringossa koko päivän.

Sauberkeit sehr mässig, Klimaanlage haben wir nicht benutzt aus Angst vor Legionellen, Ausstattung war sehr gering zum Beispiel nur ein Weinglas aus Glas (wir haben daher selbst noch 4 Gläser gekauft), die auf dem Bild so schöne Ledercoutch war durch eine schmuddelige Decke abgedeckt, da sie schon total verschlissen war. Waschmaschine und Fernseher haben nicht funktioniert, Handtücher rochen komig.Vermieter hat sich nur bei Ankunft und zur Abreise mit wichtigen Informationen bzgl. Schlüssel und Alarmanlage gemeldet. Keine Nachfrage ob etwas fehlt.Nie mehr wieder!!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Martin’s villa. We couldn’t fault a single thing. The communication from Martin was fantastic and the villa was in a great location. We never had an issue with taxis and we were walking distance to local shops including a boat taxi which took you to the main side of San An bay. I’d recommend this villa to anyone!

Marrtin is probably the most responsive host ive ever encountered. Brilliant. It makes life so much easier. The villa has everything you need. Location is perfect being a short walk to shops and restaurants. Yet quiet and private at the same time. I cant recommend highly enough.

A perfect family villa in San Antonio

This is a great property for those who want to experience San Antonio, without being right in the middle of all of the party. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the bus stop, where there are buses every 15 minutes up until 11 pm, right into the centre of town. For those staying later it is only a 10 taxi ride back to the property. The property was beautifully clean and well maintained, and match the descriptions exactly. The host was super helpful and if there were any questions got in contact very quickly. The property is very quiet and not overlooked by the only neighbouring property. There is a small family hotel over the road, but we only rarely heard very faint music even during the evening, the outdoor area at the hotel closed around 9 pm.It is worth noting that table tennis and beach towels were both available at the property and not listed on the advert. We would definitely stay there again and can thoroughly recommend it.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Ibiza. Das Haus was super, sehr geräumig. Möglichkeit um Erinnerung draußen zu essen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer war wunderschön.Der Pool war ebenfalls toll und bei Nacht traumhaft beleuchtet. Wäsche konnte vor Ort gewaschen werden und das kochen war auch super.Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber lief reibungslos. Zu Fuß schöne Bars zu erreichen und man bekommt Tipps wo man gut essen gehen kann.Supermarkt ist auch in der Nähe.Alles in einem sehr schön.

Summer Holiday

The property is in a great location without the need for car hire. You can walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants within 10 minutes. The property is a great size for 6 people, with spacious rooms and private bathrooms. The pool is fantastic, very private and well maintained. We didn't use car hire because there is no shortage of taxis and the public transport is really good. We travelled with 3, 18yr olds so thought the resort would be really busy and noisy. It is the opposite and the nightlife wasn't too far for them to travel to. It also felt really safe.

Wie waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und der Umgebung. Wunderschöne Strände und hübsche kleine Orte sind direkt in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und bei kleineren Problemen hat er sofort gehandelt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Kurz zusammengefasst hat uns das Haus gefallen. Es gab keine groben Mängel. Welche Punkte haben uns gestört: -Sauberkeit -Küchengeräte wie Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine haben nicht einwandfrei funktioniert -Bessere Grundausstattung in der Küche z.B. scharfe Messer, Öl zum Braten, Gewürze, Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinen Tabs usw. -Pfannen könnten auch erneuert werden -Undichtes Waschbecken im EG -Alter, stinkender Kleiderschrank im EG -Tür im Obergeschoss nicht ganz dicht Aufgrund des hohen Preises von knapp 100€ pro Tag und pro Person, haben wir uns etwas mehr erhofft. Wir haben uns Wohlgefühlt und würden das Apartment weiterempfehlen, wenn die kleinen Mängel noch behoben werden.

Nice villa in good location.

Villa is large with great room for 6 people. The facilities are great (ping pong and bbq) however the iron, ironing board were not great and need replacing. The ironing board wouldn’t open properly and the iron left marks on our clothes. Other than that the villa is a in a great location and Martin sent communication throughout. I would stay here again definitely

Very nice house and friendly host - everything as described! Clear recommendation

We stayed at this house for a week in August as a family of four. Everything was nice and clean and exactly as the host who is very friendly and responsive described. Kitchen and bathrooms are quite new/ modern. So we enjoyed our stay and had a lovely week. The only thing is there is a bit of traffic in the evening hours from people arriving / leaving the hotel which is just across the street. But other than that to be clearly recommended. Thx again - c u next time!

Great villa in a great location

Just returned from a fab stay at this villa. Four of us stayed for a week. Wish it could have been longer! The villa is big bright and spacious and very tastefully furnished.with a beautiful pool,garden and roof terrace. All three bedrooms are lovely (so no arguments needed on who had the best room!!) the top bedroom has a balcony with sea view but if staying in one of the lower bedrooms there is separate steps that take you to the roof terrace with just as amazing views. Perfect to sit early morning watching the sun come up. The villa is situated in a quiet/peaceful area yet so close to all the action that San Antonio has to offer. The shops and bars of the bay end are in 5 mins walking distance. To walk all the way around to San Antonio takes around 20 mins. Or the water taxi is within 5-10 mins walk from villa. There is a small hotel close by but can not be seen unless you are on roof terrace. The garden is very private. And the hotel is a very quiet relaxed hotel. We heard no noise coming from it. The villa on arrival was spotlessly clean. I can honestly say we had no issues at all with this beautiful villa. I’ve stayed in many villas in my lifetime and can honestly say the pool longers are the most comfortable yet! Thank you Martin for a fab stay.

Fantastic stay in Ibiza!

I stayed at the property with my friends and we loved it! It’s exactly as shown on the pictures and is in a great location - far enough away from the bars so that you can sleep, but close enough so that they are accessible. If you are venturing further afield then the main road for taxis is only a 5 minute walk away. There are also a number of restaurants and shops nearby (within walking distance). Thank you for a great holiday!

Schönes Haus, guter Standort,hilfsbereiter Vermieter

Wir waren mit 5 Personen vor Ort, es ist alles da, was man benötigt um sich wohlzufühlen! Pool zum Erfrischen mit sauberem Wasser. Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Küche hat alles was man braucht. Viel Platz im gepflegten Haus und im Garten. Der Standort ist perfekt, man ist schnell zu Fuß am Strand und in Restaurants oder mit dem Auto an angesagten Stränden! Vermieter ist hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle, wenn was sein sollte! Einzig der Türersatz im Bad unten ist etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Gerne wieder!
