Villa Allegra is a beautiful property located very close to the road of San José to San Antonio, about only 2 minutes’ drive from the village of San José.
The villa is 130m2 and spreads over one level, it has been renovated in 2018 and it is characterized by an Ibizencan and modern style.
Inside the villa consists of a living-room/ dining room with Smart TV, sofas and table for 10 guests. Access to an outdoor terrace with table for 8-10 guests.
Open fully equipped kitchen with: vitro hobs, smoke extractor, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge (combo with freezer), juice maker, Nespresso coffee machine, shaker, toaster, kettle, table for 6-8 guests.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer (located in the annex outside the main house).

Outdoors we find the swimming pool 9.50m x 4.50m, surrounded by artificial grass, 2 parasols, 6 sunbeds, exterior shower, uncovered parking (3 cars), garden.

The property is fenced which ensures total privacy to the clients. The villa is suitable for families or for couples. It is possible to walk to the village of San José, only about 1,2km. All the beaches of the west coast are only 10 minutes’ drive. The bus stop is only 5min away walking.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 5 nights; 7 nights in July and August.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 20:00): € 100 (subject to arrangement).
Included in the rates: bed and household linens, change of linen and towels (once a week), electricity, water, gas, weekly house cleaning, pool and garden maintenance.
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid-season, a fee may apply if consumption of heating and electricity is higher than average.
Children welcome (must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam).
Security deposit: € 2.000 (must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization the amount is not debited in advance).
