Iso, uusi ja hiljainen kesämökki merinäköalalla kävelyetäisyydellä rannasta

Se on aivan uusi huvila, joka on rakennettu vuonna 2012 korkealaatuisilla materiaaleilla ja tekniikoilla. Koko talo on eristetty ja siinä on ilmastointi 5 huoneessa ja olohuoneessa. Japanilainen puutarha tarjoaa tuoreutta ja valoa sisätiloissa. Etelään päin ja näkymät merelle, oma uima-allas ja puutarha. Talo on rakennettu klassiseen Menorcan-tyyliin 'Mares'-kivellä, laatoilla ja puupalkeilla. Se on 25sqr mt veranta merinäköalalla ja uima-altaalle. Suurella chill out / solariumilla terassilla on panoraamanäköala merelle. Se on runsas ja mukava rakennettu BBQ. Talo on täysin varustettu ja sisustettu hyvällä maulla. Nopea wifi (14 mb) käytettävissä. Upouusi kotiteatteri, jossa on bluetooth ja Internet-yhteys (Netflix, Youtube). Varustettu monen kokoisilla snorklauslaitteilla. Talossa on ramppi liikuntarajoitteisille; rannalla on pääsy myös pyörätuolilla. Binibecan valkoinen hiekka ja matala ranta ovat noin 6 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Voit vuokrata kajakkeja tai aurinkotuoleja tai nauttia drinkin ihanassa baarissa. Se on 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Torret-kylästä, jossa on supermarketit, tuore leipomo ja useita ravintoloita, ja 15 minuutin päässä kuuluisalta Binibecan kylältä, jossa on supermarketti ja useita baareja ja ravintoloita. Talossa ei ole juurikaan tietä, baareja, melua.

Amazing Villa in Binbeca

We had a fantastic stay in Sa Palmera villa in binibeca. The villa was clean with excellent amenities and pool. Terrace and pool great for entertaining us all, cooking on the bbq was brilliant and the sunset view from the roof was very special. The host was easy to communicate with and arranged a special request as we were arriving late on day of check in. An amazing and beautiful area of the island. Fantastic local beach only a few minutes walk. Great little shop well stocked nearby too. The villa has everything we needed and more than enough room for 11 of us to stay and great aircon throughout as it was a very hot week for our stay. No negatives at all and highly recommended.

Fabulous!

The perfect villa for 3 generations, a group of 6. Lots of space inside, most bedrooms with en-suites and a great outdoor space. The location of the villa really couldn’t have been better for us. A beautiful sandy beach on way and rocky coves for snorkelling/jumping the other. Both less than 10 mins walk. Amazing restaurants too - we ate at 4 of them. Delicious and reasonable. Cannot rate this property and location highly enough!

Fantastic villa close to local beach and restaurants

We had a great week staying here. The villa had a lovely pool and a beautiful sea view. It was very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The property is very close to the local beach and within easy walking distance of a local supermarket and restaurants. Our favourite local restaurants were Paupa and El Faro. It is also v easy to get a taxi into Mahon (around 20 euros each way for a taxi of up to 4 people). The owners were great they gave us lots of advice and were very helpful. I would recommend a stay here.

Nothing but fantastic

Absolutely brilliant home away from home. Very comfortable and perfect for us as a large family with 5 boys (4-22 years). We had plenty of room and many spaces to relax without being under each others feet! Pool was fantastic for those lazy days. Easy walk down to the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The hosts were wonderful and provided the most amazing guide and were incredibly helpful with our queries. We hope to be back.

Great base for family and friends

Very equipped villa. Loved sitting on the shady terrace for drinks and meals throughout the day and night. Great air conditioning. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms (only one bath). Nice, quiet neighbourhood. Didn't realise there would be so many baby things to use (we packed a lot and it was unnecessary!) So good to have a potty, nursing armchair and a sleepyhead day bed. Beach busy and a bit dirty since the storm but nice to visit. Tourist mini train was fun for a trip. Binibeca close by but very small. A very chilled week with everything we needed. Thanks!

Family holiday

Our holiday was spectacular. The property was as described but even better. The location was the best with literally a less than ten minute walk to a fabulous beach/bay (steps were hard work for my nearly 80 yr old mother and 2 year old nephew with buggy down to the beach,). If you needed to go around the steps then it was a longer walk. The local restaurants and supermarket were also just a few minutes walk and provided everything you would need including snorkels that came in soo handy. The house has everything needed and felt like a home from home but better. I would come back in an instant. Air conditioning fabulous. Washing machine a real bonus, ample fridge/freezer space. Pool was simply a life saver and soo much fun, fantastic. Mosquitos a real problem!! Buy some repellent, we were ravaged and they were nasty! Can’t wait to return

This was our second visit to this villa and , again, it lived up to all our expectations. The villa was beautifully furnished and equipped. The beds were very comfortable and as there were only 4 of us, we had a toilet/ shower room each! The grounds and pool had been refurbished since last year ( although they were very nice last year!). We certainly hope to return!

Fantastic Villa

The villa is in an excellent location situated between Binibeca and Cala Torret. Some very nice restaurants a short walk away and close to an amazing beach. The villa is Villa furnished to a very high standard with everything you could need provided. The pool was spotlessly clean and cleaned twice during our stay. This was the highlight for our granddaughter ! Owners really responsive with info on nearby area as well as with minor issue we experienced. You could not choose a better place on this beautiful island !

Wonderful Holiday

The villa was wonderful. Huge, with plenty of space for everyone. Really clean and so well equipped with everything you could ever need! The pool again was really clean and cleaned while we were there. Our two grandchildren spent most of their holiday in the pool, learning to swim and even dive! Nice strolls into little towns both ways. Lovely bakery in Cala Torret and great food at Paula. The swimming at Sa Olla not to be missed. Thousands of fish and crystal clear water. Binibequa is lovely too, with more restaurants and cocktail bars. We were a party ranging from 2 to 72 and we had a wonderful holiday at La Palmera. We will be back. Thanks

Maison très bien située, propre avec tout le nécessaire.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison, elle est très bien située, vaut mieux être véhiculé pour pouvoir profiter au maximum des environs. Seul petit bémol, le personnel pour entretenir la maison est venu 2 fois dans la semaine sans prévenir (1 fois pour couper les arbres et 1 fois pour l’entretien de la piscine).

Absolutely Wonderful

Sa Palmera Villa is so very special. We have stayed in previous villas which just felt like holiday homes but this one has a warm welcome feeling. The hosts (Rosalia & Alex) are just wonderful, nothing is too much trouble, they really do care that you have a lovely stay and holiday. The villa was so very clean and well equipped and comfortable. The photos do not do it justice - it is even better - as is the seaview. Location/area is so well manicured and quiet. It is a very short work into Cala Torret and the restaurants are very good and little supermarket is good too for the basics. The bus service to Mahon and back are not over frequent each day but if you plan then it is fine. It is also a reasonably short walk into binibequer for more restaurants and supermarkets. The beach (5 min walk at most from villa) is just lovely. soft white powder sand with a "carribean" feeling beach bar. We intend to book again for next year. Thank you Rosalia & Alex for a wonderful, special holiday.

Awesome Holiday!

Lovely villa, great location, everythi you could ever need for an amazing holiday. On our last night we listened to the live music from Papua on the roof terrace while the sun went down which was a stunning way to end the holiday. Hosts were great, responsive and offering great advice mid holiday of places to visit. Thanks for having is Sa Palmera!

Exceptional villa

You can tell this is a well loved family villa. It’s fabulously equipped and the indoor and outdoor areas are perfect for every time of day. So much is in walking distance, especially the beach, although if you’re going in the Spanish summer holidays you’ll need to get there early. There’s a great beach bar there for an evening drink or lunch if you’re there in the daytime. Rosalia was very responsive and we even got a personal call from the owner of the villa asking how things were and suggesting places to go. I can highly recommend a stay here.

We couldn’t recommend this villa more - it was fantastic. The photos don’t do it justice. We were a family of 5 adults and one baby staying and the villa has everything you need and more. The rooms are spacious, the living area is well equipped and the whole place is relaxing and very clean. The pool, garden, veranda and roof terrace meant there’s lots of outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful views and sunshine. Rosalia was a fantastic host, communication was quick and very easy. My husband lost his wedding ring and the gardener found it and it’s been posted back to us in the UK. There were even multiple bottles of wine, sangria and water as a welcome when we arrived - so very kind and thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Rosalia for your beautiful place and top class hospitality as owner. It was a home away from home.

The villa is excellent and has all the facilities you could wish for.It is in a superb location being close to the beach and restaurants.Rosalia was very helpful throughout the process and always replied to us very quickly if we had a query.This is our second stay and will not be our last.Thank you Rosalia.

A great family trip

We had a great time is this very well appointed Villa. Very nice modern villa well looked after and well serviced. This was the first whole family holiday and was so easy to book, Speak to the owner. Location was great. All round we are a happy family. And would happily recommend this property to anyone . Tank you.
