Villa Las Rosas is well located in S’Algar, close to the seafront and local amenities. A selection of restaurants and shops is within a short walk, while the sandy Cala Alcaufar beach is around a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk from the villa. This bright and airy 3 bedroom house features a lovely pool area, and includes WiFi as well as air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and lounge.

Villa Las Rosas is well located in S’Algar, with the resort’s facilities and seafront just a 5 minute walk away. A selection of shops, cafes and restaurants is within easy reach, and the area also has a children’s play park and a popular diving centre. The rocky seafront is ideal for sunbathing, while the nearest sandy beach, Cala Alcaufar, is around a 5 minute drive from the villa.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

The air conditioning in this villa operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
