We offer sleep for 10+ with a pool, game/theater room, and firepit!

This house is fully remodeled and every item is brand new!

We are centrally located by all the adventures Orange County has to offer:

We put alot of thought into all the pieces that you will find in this house. As a family who travel themselves, we know exactly what you need when on vacation.

With the ability to sleep 10+ guest and various entertaning areas; this house is perfect for your family gatherings, vacation, staycation, & corp events.

-A family room with record player to set the 1950s vibe.
-A formal dining room with beautiful accent golden records wall.
- Enjoy your morning coffee at the coffee bar. We provide coffee, coffee pods, syrups, sugar, and creamer.
-Updated and modern full kitchen.
-Game Room with a pool table and an 85 inch Smart TV and a pull out couch.

-Patio area to lounge around and enjoy the California weather.
-Pool; take a dip anytime especially after a long day of adventures and exploring. A little chilly out? We offer HEATED POOL for your entire stay.
-Lounge around the pool on the lounging chairs or outdoor daybed.
-Fire pit; What better way to end your night? But to sit around the fire with your friends and family, make smores, laugh, and make memories.


-Bedroom 1: King bed and a TV (sleeps 2)
-Bedroom 2: Queen bed and daybed and a TV (sleeps 4)
-Bedroom 3: 2 Qeen beds and a TV (sleeps 4)
-Gameroom: Pull out couch and a TV (sleeps 2)

In the kitchen we have provided you with basic cooking essentials such as

-salt, pepper, and olive oil
-silverware, blender
-keurig coffee pods & regular coffee
-baking sheets & mixing bowls
-mugs, glasses, cooking utensils, plates & bowls
-microwave, refrigerator & gas stove

Toiletries:
Initial items are provided for your stay.
-Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handsoap, hair dryer, wash cloths, & towels

Cleaning supplies:
All cleaning supplies are provided in the supply closet.

This entire house is your private dream house. With the use of our keyless entry system, you are able to access the property anytime after the check-in time and access with your access code.
Other things to note
Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors as this is a residential area.
No parties allowed.
No loud music or outdoor activity from 10pm to 8am.
Please note : our strict house rules allow us to up keep the highest quality stay for our guests.

Additional fee of $150 for any pets.
Additional fee of $25 per person staying at this home after 8 people
Heated Pool fee of $90 dollars per day (mimimum of 2 days)
