The property contains four bedrooms, five beds, and two-day beds, and can sleep up to twelve guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully constructed with a mix of antique elegance and modern amenities to provide a calm and warm atmosphere. Our three comfortable bathrooms will give you optimum comfort.

A comprehensive and fully furnished modern kitchen adjoins the living area, boasting granite worktops, double stainless sinks, stainless equipment, and kitchen tiles. The refrigerator is a huge capacity type. There are tools such as a toaster, coffee maker, cooking essentials, and air fryer so you can easily prepare excellent meals.

Entertainment and Connectivity
We always delivers high-speed internet to keep you connected and engaged. Our property is equipped with smart TVs with free Netflix available in the living room. The outdoor patio area, complete with comfortable furnishings, is great for relaxing, chatting, and enjoying the fresh air.

Other things to note
***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone
*** There is plenty of street parking for you to use. Please keep noise to a minimum so that we won’t distract other tenants who live around the area
*** Do not move beds or furniture from original place.
*** Please remove shoes
*** NO smoking, Vaping or Hookah $1000 Fine
*** NO Pets $1000 Fine
*** Do not remove/ take any items from the property, we will be charge a fee.
*** NO parties and events. Host or neighbors can call the police to ask Guests leave if Guests break the rules without refund.
***Security deposit: Up to $5000 may be charged for damages or stolen items.
*** Street sweeping on Friday morning so please move your car on the driveway.
***Access: Homeowner may access the property for repairs or inspections with prior notice.
