âBeautifully decorated, spotlessly clean room. Really good service. The only complaint concerns the opening times of the swimming pool: it closes already at 9 pm and opens at 9 am. Wouldâve liked to take a longer evening swim.â

âI sent you (Expedia) a complaint email on March 19th regarding the billing for this stay, and you were supposed to reply within 72 hours. Having received no response, I followed up by email on the 25th and still haven't received a reply. I consider your silence outrageous!â

âBeautiful room, with small details that matter and make it very cozy. The bed was amazing! Big shower. It has everything you need! Great parking. Itâs very quiet except you can hear the ppl above you walking around. Other than that this stay was perfect! â
