”This boutique Motel is a block away from State Street. The grounds were very nicely decorated with plenty of seats available. There is no swimming pool here as it looks like they might have converted that into a sand area. The Motel was converted back in 2018 and has a nautical theme. The hotel is pricey for what you are paying for without the premium aspect of it. The Hostkey app did not work to retrieve my key. Had to check in to the front desk and get a physical key for our room. ...

”Clean and inviting lobby and bar area. Staff was so nice and helpful and welcoming. Very dog friendly. Rooms were clean and nice, bike rental was free and easy. Location was right in the middle of State Street, close to everything. Perfect little hotel and stay.”

”I really enjoyed my stay here and sincerely appreciate having real plates, cups, knives, I was happily surprised. They also have a high ceilings & skylight (with automated blinds, for natural light and dark. I will return here.”
