”Mejorar atención en restaurante”

”Everything was beautiful”

”Everything was so BEAUTIFUL! the staff extremely helpful, the food was excellent, and extremely clean place.”

”The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. The only thing I would say is that the hike up to the house from the church is a challenge. They have clearly stated that but what I was not ready for was the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the path to the house - there is sewage and trash everywhere - if you can ignore that it was all great.”

”We arrived at night and instantly fell in love with the property. Just as we thought it couldn’t get any better, we woke up to the most stunning views. The property is gorgeous and was spotless!!! Our trip would not have been as spectacular if it weren’t for the host, Julio, and the groundskeeper, Alfonso. For kayaking, jet skis, massages, and restaurants, the host was able to provide some amazing recommendations and was readily available to answer any questions. Alfonso was very kind and...

”The place was perfect for our group of six—beautiful garden, wonderful views, and nice kitchen. Alfonso, the groundskeeper, was extremely helpful and responsive. We would absolutely recommend staying in this place!”

”Such a nice piece of property with a great view, amenities and welcoming, attentive grounds keeper. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!!”

”Beautiful property, spectacular room, and amazing views! The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The only suggestion we have is to improve the interior entrance area of the property to make it more inviting and attractive, perhaps by adding more plants and flowers and removal of old furniture right at the entrance. A nice bench near the entrance would also be a great addition for guests waiting for transportation. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and had a...

”Beautiful hotel right on the lake. Had a small issue with the staff charging more at check-in but they quickly corrected it. Other than that, the staff and location were great. The only other small suggestion would be to improve the ac in the rooms. There is ac in the rooms but it doesn’t work well.”

”This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h”

”La comida es deliciosa y todo está céntrico para pasear. El personal es muy amable”

”Better have good legs to go up to restaurant and in general depending what room you get. Food was great. The View was amazing with excellent staff. Also if you are getting away from the noise. This is the place”

”No problem with the people but the hotel itself needs help.”
