”The hotel has not been updated in many many years. The rooms are old, the beds are uncomfortable, the showers are small. You only get one key per room, and the air conditioning doesn’t work without the key, so you can’t keep the air running when you leave. Blankets are not provided, only one sheet. You have to ask for a blanket. The pillows are incredibly flat and the extra pillows are kept on the floor of the closet. The shower only had a handheld option, no overhead spout, with very low...

The whole staff made sure ee got exactly what we wanted and the way we wanted it. Domenico was especially attentive. We loved our meals there, and were sad to leave the Hotel.”
