”very nice and clean rooms. Beautifully maintained building and great location. Staff is very helpful and Breakfast is included.”

”We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....

Cheap laminate wood look flooring worn through exposed grey base several areas, including bathroom threshold. Office attendant was helpful and positive.”

”Overall it was what we anticipated. However, we had a problem with the bathroom. We notified the help desk that the toilet is not flushing properly and it's not usable; they said the maintenance is out and they'll send someone to look into it. They didn't send anyone to check, and they didn't offer to change the rooms. They could have communicated clearly to address the issue. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby.”

”Faculty was very posivitive and professional. The atmosphere of the whole hotel was relaxed and warm. Good to have parking places just in front of main doors. Everything was correct.”

”Location for San Jose quakes games, Santa Clara University, SJ airport and Levi stadium are ideal. We stop here every time we are in Santa Clara visiting our son. There are three Element hotels in the area all are a superior choices to other mid price hotels”

”I don’t usually write bad reviews or reviews in general. The weird looks I received from the staff when I arrived weren’t an issue at all. However, I’d recommend you not book here if that bothers you. Even so, the bed was quite comfortable and clean. Keep in mind parking is $15 every night and breakfast is $18.90 per person. Other than that, everything was well until I saw a cockroach fall from the bathroom sink the morning of my check out. Who knows what else was going on in there that I wasn’t...

”The property is beautiful and is located in an area that is fun to explore. My only complaint is the temperature in my room. The a/c was on but did not cool the room. I did open the windows to cool the room down and slept with the windows open. I would definitely stay here again.”
