Guest Access:

During your stay at the Atlantic Pearl Apartment, you will have exclusive private access to the entire three bedroom home, including the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable living and dining area, and the private balcony where you can enjoy beautiful sea views with outdoor seating. You will also have full access to two bathrooms for your convenience. Beyond your private space, you are welcome to enjoy the communal swimming pool located on the premises. For your added convenience, you will have access to free parking within the garage, and you can easily reach your third floor home using the building elevator.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, please note our check in time is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels down during quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00. For the comfort of all future guests, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment, and we cannot accommodate pets. The apartment is exclusively for the guests included in your booking; please reach out to us in advance if you plan to have additional visitors. We ask that you supervise children at all times, particularly near the balcony and windows. We provide free parking in our secure garage for your convenience, and we appreciate you taking care of the property as if it were your own home. Please notify us immediately if any accidental damage occurs during your stay.
