Hotellin sijainti keskeinen ja erinomainen. Erinomainen aamiainen. Moderni huone. Ystävällinen vastaanotto hotelliin saavuttaessa. Henkilökunnan palveluasenne hiukan arrogantti. Lobbyssa ja käytävillä epämukavan pimeä yleisvalastus. Huoneessa ei ollut työpöytää. Tasolle, jota olisi voinut käyttää työpöytänä, ei ollut sopivan korkuista tuolia. Kaiken kaikkiaan hinta-/laatusuhde on liian korkea.

Hotellet i seg selv er bra med tanken på beliggenhet til serverdighetene og servicenivå, men den sentrale beliggenheten kan by på problemer som bl.a. støynivå er svært høyt. Bråk fra gata og bar fra takterrassen kan være et problem. Parkering koster 30 euro pr døgn. Fint spa område. Frokost er ikke inkludert i romprisen som er forholdsvis høy.

The bathroom ceiling had spots from upper floor leaks, Bathroom door mounding needed painting. Room was nice. No power outlets near bed to charge phones and keep close for alarm. Staff was excellent.

El hotel que dice ser de 5 estrellas, deja mucho que desear. Limpieza mal, cuarto mal, accesorios mal. El precio carísimo para lo que ofrecen Lo bueno su personal y ubicación

Best location in Seville just across the street from the cathedral. Friendly staff. Very modern rooms. Good breakfast. My first night I was in a room facing in an inner courtyard on an upper floor. It was very noisy from the roof bar. They changed me to a quieter room for my last two nights which was fine. Make sure to ask for a quiet room!

Locatie was fantastisch. Personeel uiterst aardig. Voor een vijfsterren-hotel was de afwerking van de materialen niet overal vlekkeloos. Een detail, maar toch.

Room is very small. Bathroom is part of room and terrible. Roaches in room. Worst room we have ever had and very expensive.
